Pros:

The hotel is in the very center of the old town, everything is just few steps away. The rooms are big and very comfortable, breakfast is very good and abundant and the staff is very friendly and helpful, can't really image any better hotel!

Pros:

​Raccomandiamo caldamente questa struttura prima di tutto per la sua location strategica, ideale per girare la città in totale comodità. Una citazione di merito va indiscutibilmente allo staff, straordinariamente premuroso e pronto ad assistere gli ospiti per ogni necessità.
​La sistemazione si è presentata pulita, ottimamente isolata dai rumori e fornita di un impianto di climatizzazione. Abbiamo apprezzato in modo particolare i letti comodi, eccellenti per recuperare le energie a fine giornata.
​Promossa anche la prima colazione, decisamente piacevole se fatta sulla terrazza, con vista magnifica.
​Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato fantastico: un'opzione che suggerisco a occhi chiusi e dove rialloggeremo senza esitazione!

Great hotel, probably even better in the high season.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the old town of Khiva, all sights within walking distance. Loved the water taps all over the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good and complete.

Cons:

Photo's of the hotel are a little bit edited/warmed. We visited in the low season and the hotel doesn't have a lot of buzz as opposed to the vibe that is communicated through the photo's. F.e. the rooftop terrace wasn't opened/alive.

Una gradevole sorpresa nel cuore di Khiva
Pros:

Posizione strategica all'interno delle mura di Khiva dove si può visitare tutto e vicino alla porta Ovest per uscire fuori. Buona colazione con spazio interno più terrazza su cortile interno. Stanza ampia e pulita. Staff gentilissimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Ci siamo trovati alla grande. Consigliato.

L’hotel perfetto a Khiva
Pros:

La posizione è strategica, nel centro e vicino ai monumenti e più piazze importanti.
Il titolare Timor parla inglese, gentilissimo e ci ha aiutato in tutto, (per esempio gestire la prenotazione del treno per Bukhara). La nostra camera era confortevole rinnovata pulita arredata con stile e perfettamente climatizzata, con la finestra sulla piazzetta davanti all’hotel.

Pros:

L’emplacement est top, le personnel est aux petits soins (ils nous ont préparé un doggy bag petit déjeuner le matin de notre départ tôt, sans qu’on n’ait demandé) et tout est très propre. Les prix des “extras” (taxi, visites aux forteresses, …) sont dans le marché

Seul bémol, le café du matin est “extra” (donc payant) si c’est fait à la machine
