Just perfect, exceptional hospitality!

What I enjoyed most about the hotel was definitely the staff. From the moment we arrived, they took care of every little detail and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay truly special.

A special thank you to the managers Rafi, Nizar, Bassel, and Hanna, as well as the receptionists Nabih and Moataz, whose exceptional service and attention made a real difference throughout our stay.

The rooms were excellent, the food was outstanding, and everything was simply perfect. The spa was also amazing, especially Ryan, who provided a wonderful and professional experience.

Thank you all for such exceptional hospitality and for making our stay truly unforgettable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You cannot charge 5 star prices when the some staff need urgent customer service training and the fabric of the bedroom

Ça ne vaut pas du tout le prix, la concurrence fait bien mieux

Cadre très bien, très joli, ambiance agréable
Chambre grande et sympa vue magnifique sur le lac

Cons:

Clairement pas un 5 étoiles. A ce prix ça tout doit être irréprochable. Les 2 diners, au lieu d'avoir un menu a la carte gastronomique, c'est un buffet, et les 2 soirs quasi la même chose., par contre entrecôte vraiment bonne.
La chambre très bien, malgré que le jacuzzi n'a pas ete verifié avant, l'eau était au moins a 60 degrés, brûlante donc . Le personnel a vite réagi en revanche.

Des tongs dans la chambre , très bien , mais il n'avait que taille 38 !

Au petit déjeuner, faire la queue pour avoir un café, des vulgaires verres en plastique pour le jus d'orange, 5 étoiles on est servi à table , et pas avec tasse en carton et verre en plastique !!

Un bar (non utilisé certes) mais absolument dégueulasse , pas acceptable du tout.

אהבתי את הכל !!! הייתי בהרבה מלונות ולא נתקלתי בשרות וביחס כזה מעולם. המנהל אלי היה אחד הגורמים המרכזיים לכך שנהנינו כל כך מהשהות. רמת השירות, הזמינות והנכונות לעזור בכל דבר היו יוצאי דופן.

Un séjour absolument exceptionnel ! Tout était parfait, de l'accueil chaleureux jusqu'au départ. L'hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont luxueuses et impeccables, le calme et la vue offrent un véritable sentiment d'évasion.

Le personnel est d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme remarquables, toujours attentif au moindre détail. Le spa est de très haut niveau et permet une détente totale. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, généreux et d'une excellente qualité.

Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette expérience cinq étoiles !

Un merci tout particulier à Nuri, dont la disponibilité, la bienveillance et le sens du service ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Son attention aux détails et son accueil chaleureux méritent d'être salués.
