snidaně velmi dobrá,velký vyběr,ochotný personal,přatelský,misto v centru,parkováni zajištěno u hotelu
The pool was excellent! Breakfast was very good. Room was very good, I liked balcony and the view.
staff is super friendly - especially the night shift
the shower wasn’t working properly and nothing was done to repair it during our stay
Le check out a 13h, la chambre
Ras
Best sleep experience, all other was great.
I loved the professional, friendly customer service throughout.
The pool area, gardens and restaurant were extremely clean and well maintained.
In fact the whole hotel upon entrance was very beautifully clean and maintained.
Breakfast option and choice was again outstanding.
I dined in the pool side restaurant a couple of evenings. I found the choices on the menu were good, the food tasted delicious, and well presented so compliments to the chef and kitchen staff.
Also the waiting on staff were all well dressed, professional, friendly and helpful.
I also loved that having encountered an issue (leaking) with the air con in my room, I was immediately offered a change of room, they also attended to getting the problem with that air con rectified immediately, but as it would take an amount of time for the area in the room to fully dry out. They insured I was given a replacement room.
There was nothing to dislike.
Modernes Ambiente.
Lovely staff and pool is fabulous. The spa is a bonus and food was good
The room was comfortable and the grounds are lovely. The greeting at reception was warm.
The service was really variable. On our first evening it was too late for us to eat but we went to the bar for a drink. We were ignored for nearly half an hour. This morning, at the pool the attitude was similarly “could not care” . We had a better experience at lunch today where both the older and younger waiter were really charming but overall the impression we were left either was not positive.
When we seen the garden and pool area we thought, wow this is gorgeous. It was lovely and very relaxing. The area where you can sit in the shade was lovely and it was soooo quiet, so there was no rush go get a sun bed.
I liked that there was a fridge in the room as I have intollerances and found it hard to get GF & DF food in the hotel and Split.
Hotel is not as described. When we arrived at the hotel, I asked about the mini market and coffee shop that is advertised as onsite. The receptionist said the mini market is across the road and there is no coffee shop onsite. When I told her there is meant to be a coffee shop onsite, she said no. I asked her if there was one close by and she said no. After exploring the area, we found that the hotel is in a very isolated place, a mini market and bakery (that only sells pastries) and pharmacy was across the road and there is a coffee place in the carpark beside the hotel, but it only sells coffee and beer ( no cakes, or dairy alternatives) Does not have a coffee shop feel.
When I got to my room I was quite disappointed. It was very plain, white bed clothes, no colour on the bed. Not very superior. The shower door was hanging off and the handle inside my door came off.
Our 1st night having dinner in the hotel, the waiter was very rude. I asked for a wine list and he said, he WAS the wine list. I had to keep asking, " can I just see the list", then he gave it to me. You also have to ask for your change as they just keep it. I asked if there was any GF & DF options on the dinner menu. I was told yes, "the risotto", by the same person. I ordered it and it came out full of cheese. I couldn't eat it. They took it off the bill. I also asked for a salad, and asked if they could put a bit of chicken in it. He said no but can give me chicken on the side. I agreed. He charged me for two meals.
I asked if they sold cocktails and was told no. On our last day I was told they do, after seeing one being served.
We met a couple in the hotel and the 4 of us came back to the hotel at 10.15pm one night and the hotel was in darkness. We asked the receptionist if we could get a drink and we were told its all closed. After complaining a bit, we were told that the waiters down in the restaurant etc will wait for us and give us a drink.
