Bien, pero áreas de mejora en limpieza

La habitacion y la amabilidad de la gente. El bar cómodo. Gran atención de Rey. Las instalaciones son hermosas, poder caminar por la quinta es muy bonito. Y el toque de hacienda la hace muy bonita.

Cons:

No limpiaron la alberca los 4 dias que estuve. Para el domingo el agua estaba turbia. Y el lunes imposible usarla, fue hasta ahi que la empezaron a limpiar. Deben limpiarla por las noches todos los dias como el resto de hoteles de ese nivel. Es un riesgo sanitario no limpiarla como debe ser. Dejaron que golondrinas hicieran nidos dentro de los edificios y había manchas de desechos organicos (heces) en los cuadros y en una de las escaleras.

Las instalaciones exteriores son muy bonitas, quizá algo descuidadas, pero en general bien.

Cons:

El trato de algunos empleados que tienen poco tacto o una forma poco cordial, pero en recepción y restaurante todo bien. Creemos que es algo elevado el costo a lo que te ofrece.

Sis jardines, la alberca, el restaurante y bar .

Cons:

Nos asignaron una habitación con mucho polvo, y 2 cucacharachas enormes, una viva en el baño en regaderas y otra muerta debajo de una cama; solo nos cambiaron de habitación a una más pequeña. Y sin otro medio para mejorar la mala sorpresa llevada a si llegada.

Un lugar ideal para descansar. Amplias instalaciones, habitaciones de buen tamaño, jardines cuidados, restaurante, bar.

Un poco retirado de la ciudad de Cuernavaca, el pueblo no tiene ningún encanto, sin embargo para un buen descanso no es necesario salir de las amplias intalaciones.
