I've been telling my friends how lovely your hotel was
Pros:

I have had the most 2 night sleep ever. I always walk with a stick. But the first morning I was so rested I forgot it!!

Lovely help-full staff, bedrooms clean and comfortable, breakfast was a no go area.
Pros:

Breakfast time was a nightmare, I booked a time slot but there was no point to it as when we arrived for breakfast the place was over crowded and there was no seating area for me and my family and a lot of other people, I do not blame the staff as they were trying there best, I think there needs to be a staff member at the entry of dining area marking off peoples bookings.

The over crowding and not managing to get breakfast

There was an issue with both lifts being out of Order good job we didn’t have a lot of luggage being on the fourth floor.
