The location, just a 10min walk to the shopping centre so handy after a a whole day exploring.

Nothing but I did notice less breakfast options … less selection of fresh chopped fruit, no mini Nutella packets for toast - but I also understand it’s likely linked to cost of living crisis … the hotel is still good value for money in comparison to some others 👍

The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped and air conditioning was a bonus along with the iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Bathroom very clean and towels very fluffy

Very comfortable bed and fresh feeling sheets .. reasonable breakfast
There was a problem with our door and we couldn’t get in , it took almost a hour to get back in.. .. and 4 trips up and down in the lift before the staff took over to look at the issue. unfortunately it ruined our plans for the last day before we had to go home.
Room was clean. Good location to tram stop and walking distance to Trafford Centre. Comfy bed. Pleasant staff.
Breakfast very limited. It was incredibly busy and there's only one small area where food is set up. Stains on bedroom carpet didn't look very welcoming, but to be fair I didn't mention them. Looked like someone has spilt make up all over it. 🙈 The room was clean though!
Fantastic stay. Spotlessly clean, reception staff were outstanding and very welcoming upon arrival and lovely throughout our stay. Had an issue with AC in room and we were moved to an alternative room within 15 minutes which i didnt ask for but very mich welcomed in the current heatwave. Superb location for trafford centre shopping trip and close to tram stop to get tram into central manchester. Will definately stay here again.

Good breakfast glad to see the larger plates now at breakfast not to say I eat alot it's just easier to put things on your plate not pilling things on top of each other.
