Lovely staff
Pros:

The staff were brilliant! I can’t remember her name my apologies but we had one lady who was fantastic, she was helpful to everyone that asked a question

Cons:

Stains on our floor (not sure where they came from). The breakfast wasn’t very good, very watery scrambled eggs. The bacon was undercooked and in general all the hot food was cold

Stayed here a few times now, when I got to the hotel they stated that they wasn’t taking £164 from me as I already had 4 rooms that I booked. I over booked and didn’t need that last room the staff at the hotel was very nice and sorted it but from then they toke over £400 off me which was 4-5 July and I’m still fighting for the money back, rang holiday inn plenty of times for them to lie to me and say they haven’t received the money but booking.com showed me they toke the money from them. Now when I call they are saying either the computers are down when there not as I hear them typing or there saying the booking.com is down which It wouldn’t because they wouldn’t be able to access anything! I’ve complained over email and phone still no response. I wouldn’t stay here they mug you off and think they can take money from people and not give it back!
