Excellent - no complaints
Pros:

Had a wonderful 1nt stay here. Very central location, easy to find, room was absolutely spotless, staff were extremely polite & professional. Room was basic but had toiletries, hairdryer, iron, ironing board. Room 1313 - overlooked a carpark, however at night the city was lit up & it really was lovely to look at. Free hot drinks for duration of stay, just help yourself, as well as fresh, cold, iced water at Reception. Breakfast was plentiful & tasty; selection of cereals, yoghurts, pastries as well as a full hot breakfast buffet.
We did have a couple of hot nibbles from the bar menu as well, they were hot & delicious.
Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Would definately stay again & definately recommend.

Cons:

Wasn’t an issue for me but FYI to anyone walking to this hotel, you do have to walk up a little bit of an incline under the underpass so anyone with mobility issues, may want to get a taxi. I used Google Maps on my phone so there may have been a flatter route, it just wasn’t what my phone gave me.

Pros:

Perfect area, close to everything but in a very safe place.
You have opportunity to stay in a skyscraper. The room is big, clean with a very big bathroom.

I would definitely stay again if I needed to be in the city.
Pros:

Very nice staff. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was good, much better than I expected.

Cons:

It was the hottest day of the year but unfortunately the air conditioning in my room was not very effective- possibly not working properly.

Cons:

Parking absolutely mess and so expensive should have all day parking at a rate but it’s 24 7 and 7 days a week 4 hour max which was very annoying only reason why I wouldn’t stay back at this location parking is stress

Very comfortable and excellent value.
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised. Extremely good value and very comfortable for a business traveller - it even had AC, which was much appreciated given the hot weather. I hadn't realised the breakfast was included, and it too was far better than I anticipated.

Friendly staff, great location
Pros:

Amazing check in staff. Very friendly and helpful. Showed us where to go by taking us outside the hotel and directing us also gave us tips o lovely places to visit. Would definitely return.

Location was great and bfast was good.

Cons:

We had a twin room on the 17th floor, but the toilet didn't flush. This was a great inconvenience as I was travelling with my elderly mother. Late in the evening, they offered to move us to another room, but this would be a huge upheaval for my mother, and I explained this due to her mobility and age. It was a total disaster. My brother was alsp with us staying in another room on the 09th floor, and his toilet didn't flush either and no response from the reception. We were informed that maintenance couldn't fix ours, but it was too late, and we were checking out the following morning. The stay and service were way below par in our experience
