スパが良いでよ！
Pros:

施設が整っている、セキュリティ、綺麗、清潔の良さ、そしてスパがあることが一番イイ。

Cons:

ツイン＋ソファベッドで、3人宿泊を予約したが、ソファベッドのベッドメイキングは自分達でする必要があった。
きちんと料金を取るならば、ベッドメイキングもしておくべき。安いビジネスホテルなら我慢するが、4つ星ホテルと名を付けるなら、と思った。

Very good hotel, good facilities. Roof top onsen. Clean and quiet even though it was golden week. Massive comfortable bed.

Pros:

La chambre était plutôt confortable et très spacieuse. L’hôtel est littéralement à deux pas du parc.

Cons:

Pour le prix nous nous attendions à un meilleur service. Lors de notre checkin nous avons demandé si il était possible d’envoyer nos bagages dans le prochain hôtel (nous sommes restés deux nuits) et on nous avait certifié que oui, on nous a même donné les prix. Au moment du départ nous demandons donc le transfert des bagages et là c’était devenu impossible. Aucune solution ne nous a été proposé rien … Nous avons donc dû faire 1h30 de métro avec 3 changements avec nos 6 valises.

Excellent emplacement et excellent hôtel
Pros:

TOUT !
Le personnel serviable et adorable, le lit confortable, la chambre spacieuse, les nécessaires d’hygiène à disposition, la proximité du métro et d’universal studio.
Nous sommes venu pour la nuit depuis Osaka pour arriver tôt à USJ et c’était vraiment parfait.
Le SPA a l’air top, mais nous ne l’avons pas utilisé.

Very close to Universal Studios and the train station, only let down by a couple of details.
Pros:

Very close to Universal Studios, literally a 5 minute walk. The train station is even closer and very handy for day trips into Osaka. Great breakfast buffet and very helpful multilingual staff.

Cons:

No fresh air available in the room! The room only has an individual air conditioner unit that only recycles the air in the room and could only be set to one temperature which was too cold.
Also, the blaring music in the elevators from the constantly running advert for Universal Studios gets old very quickly.
