The room was more spacious that we thought it would be.

I think I expected more from the breakfast selection, but what was there was tasted good.

Our first hotel experience in Hong kong
Pros:

They checked us in earlier than expected as the room was already available which was really helpful for us. Everyday they made sure our room is clean and they changed the linens and towels daily too.

Staff are accommodating. Our check in time is around 2pm but they allowed us to do an early check in. The place was nice and cozy. Highly recommended

the location close to Public transport. Calm and quiet environment filled with friendly and helpful atmosphere with all amenities easily provided and found locally.
The rooms are clean and cozy with all needs met, with helpful and efficient room service. Definitely worth the value of the room.

Superb Experience
Pros:

The hotel is very cozy and relaxing. It is a home away from home. The staff are very approachable and considerate esp. Sir Raymond and Ms. Kate. They made it easier for us to avail the room that is best suited for my family during our stay in Hong Kong. This is a comeback defo and will surely recommend it to my friends.
