very good nice hotel with free shuttle service to subway station. Specially thanks to Milo and Raymond, they assisted a lot during our stay

My review for this hotel is mixed. The hotel has excellent concierge and shuttle bus drivers but the front desk was disappointing.

Due to early flight arrival, we arrived at the hotel at 1:30 pm. We enquired if we could check in a bit early, if not, we would go to lunch. The front desk staff said yes and the room would be ready soon. After waiting for 20 minutes, we checked with her if the room was ready. She said no. If we knew the room was, in fact, not going to be ready soon, we would go to lunch first.

We came back from lunch at 2:45 pm and were told by the same staff that the room was still unavailable. Isn't the normal check-in time 2:00 PM? We waited for another 15 minutes to check again and still to no avail.

After a while longer, we checked again and she finally said yes (rudely). Knowing that the hotel guests have been waiting for so many intervals of time since 1:30 PM, why didn’t she notify us as soon as the room was ready?

Unfortunately, the AC in our suite room was broken, and maintenance staff could not fix it. We had to change rooms. There was further waiting for the replacement room to become available. We were exhausted from the extensive waiting and dealing with the front desk, moving our luggage back to the hotel lobby and concierge, and then to the new room.

In the evening, we found the hot water in our replacement room's bathroom was barely hot. We learned from housekeeping that there is only one suite room on each floor. In other words, it seemed 2 out of 15 (or fewer) suites in the hotel were not fit for accommodation. We were too tired to try another room, so we tolerated the barely hot water for a few days.

On top of this, the front desk was mostly unhelpful. They did not attempt to solve any issues directly or answer any enquires in detail, and only said they would send housekeeping to our room.

For example, when we enquired about laundry service, other than asking us to pay a $500 deposit, they failed to provide any further information, including the pricing. We later found out from housekeeping that there was a laundry form to fill out.

Overall, our poor experience with front desk service may deter us from considering the hotel for future stays.

Fantastic accommodation. Clean room, nice service and convenient location. A pleasant stay overall. Will choose it next time. Roget and Knie provided excellent service

The atmosphere of this place is great and all, it is clean and neat, it feels luxurious even from the looks of it. The customer service is awesome and the staffs are very friendly and accommodating.
