Perfect Japanese Experience
Pros:

Location is flawless! It’s right next to Ueno, and you can walk to many great attractions. The area is very quiet, there’s a 7-Eleven nearby, and several excellent restaurants are within walking distance.
The breakfast was beyond my expectations. I was excited every morning to wake up and eat there. Everything was delicious, and there was something new to try every day. The ladies working there were incredibly kind and caring.
The hotel also offers laundry facilities, free drinks, two elevators, and excellent service. The staff at the front desk helped me change rooms at no extra charge after I accidentally booked a smoking room.
I’m completely satisfied with this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Beliggenheden- renlighed- prisen- venlighed. Skønt med fri kaffe, the og sodavand i hotellets lobby.

Cons:

Morgenmaden manglede lidt. Der var ingen pålæg til brødet udover marmelade og margarine. Der var ingen frugt og udvalget det samme hver eneste dag. Bliver lidt ensformigt når vi boede der 10 nætter. Vi købte selv noget frugt og ost i 7/11 og det var okay at medbringe så det var dejligt.

服務人員很熱心，位置不算多，吃了有點壓力，快點吃完讓人翻桌，免的客滿塞車

Although they didn’t have mackerel every day like some other hotels, fortunately there were still croissants and milk available for breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Since the seating area wasn’t very large, I felt a little pressure to finish my meal quickly so that other guests could have a table, especially when it became crowded.

朝食は他のホテルのように毎日サバがあるわけではありませんでしたが、幸いクロワッサンと牛乳は用意されていました。

スタッフの対応はとても親切で好感が持てました。ただ、席数があまり多くないため、混雑時は次のお客さんのために早めに食事を終えたほうがよいかなと少し気を遣いました。

上一個同樣價錢是長野白樺湖車山溫泉飯店，和洋式30坪，不然就是便宜點的露櫻公路飯店，停車方便早餐好吃的鯖魚

Room 601 was extremely small and had a rather awkward layout. It was even smaller than an APA Hotel room. I had to move some electrical appliances just to make enough space to open my suitcase, and mine is the type that can be opened from only one side to save space.

The walkway inside the room was very narrow, and the soundproofing was poor. Throughout the night, I could hear motorcycles racing on the street and frequent ambulance sirens. There were also a few small moths in the room. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

During my Japan trip from May 4 to June 2, this was probably the most expensive yet the smallest room I stayed in. I had planned to spend my last day organizing my luggage, but I was honestly surprised when I saw the room.

For a similar price, I previously stayed at a hot spring hotel near Shirakabako and Kurumayama in Nagano, where I had a spacious Japanese-Western style room of about 30 tatami mats. Alternatively, the more affordable Route Inn hotels offered convenient parking and a good breakfast, including delicious grilled mackerel.

601号室はとても狭く、間取りも少し変わっていました。APAホテルの客室よりもさらに狭く感じました。スーツケースを広げるスペースを確保するために室内の電化製品を移動しなければならず、私のスーツケースは片面だけ開けられる省スペース型にもかかわらず大変でした。

室内の通路も狭く、防音性はあまり良くありませんでした。夜中は道路を走るバイクの騒音や救急車のサイレンが何度も聞こえました。また、小さな蛾のような虫も見かけました。私自身は再び利用しようとは思いません。

今回の5月4日から6月2日までの日本旅行で、おそらく最も宿泊料金が高かったにもかかわらず、一番狭い部屋でした。最終日に荷物整理をしようと思っていましたが、部屋を見た瞬間に少し驚いてしまいました。

同程度の料金であれば、以前宿泊した長野県の白樺湖・車山高原周辺の温泉ホテルでは、約30畳の広々とした和洋室に泊まることができました。また、もう少し手頃な価格のルートインホテルであれば、駐車場も使いやすく、朝食の焼きサバも美味しかったです。

Best Location in Tokyo
Pros:

I love the location. With my limited mobility, I was able to see all the temples and shrines and museums to my heart's content as they were all concentrated in the nearby Ueno Park which was walkable for me.
The staff were helpful. I enjoyed the free drinks in the lobby. The room was small but typical of the Japanese hotel room.
