上野駅から近くてリピ確定
Pros:

部屋は静かです。となりの部屋や周辺道路等の雑音などが聞こえませんでした。
さすがにパトカーのサイレは聞こえました。

Cons:

朝食メニューボードに記載があった稲荷ずしやパスタは7：30の時点でありませんでした。売り切れだったのかは不明です。

適合當作中轉的一夜住宿點
Pros:

離上野車站不遠，有附簡單早餐，備品豐富

Cons:

單人房真的很小，行李多的不建議住，十點就要退房有點早，前一天14:50抵達卻連提早十分鐘入住都不行

Good breakfast, compact room but adequate space for one person, very clean, has self service laundry, a few minutes walk to metro and Keisei stations.

Pros:

A localização e o café da manhã são os pontos fortes. Há duas máquinas de lavar, que são muito práticas.

Cons:

Da primeira vez, a experiência foi ótima. Desta segunda, nem tanto. O quarto não estava limpo e o bide (estilo japonês moderno) estava com problema.

單人房住宿，整體都不錯，有獨立的浴缸衛浴間廁所，很夠用剛剛好，樓下還有附飲料跟水，早餐也好吃，服務人員會講中文，有熱誠服務好，離車站跟商圈不遠，下次來還要住這間，個人推薦

Cons:

因為我們是一個團體來，單人房就很不錯，唯一美中不足的是經濟2人房跟單人房是一樣的床跟空間，只有多一位個人用品而已，夫妻情侶來住，會建議睡豪華加大的房間不要睡經濟2人房太小

少し残念
Pros:

周りに飲食店やコンビニがあったので、飲み物やつまみをすぐ買いに行けた。朝食が無料で付いていた。若い男性スタッフの受け答えが爽やかで良かった。駐車場が近くて助かった。

Cons:

禁煙だと思っていたがしっかり臭ったし灰皿が置いてあった。ベッドや部屋着が何となく湿っぽい感じで気持ち悪かった。無料なので仕方ないけど、朝食は今まで泊まったホテルの中で１番しょぼくて悲しかった。駐車場近いけど3200円は高かった。
