Pros:

Cuidan al Turista en todo momento, te gian en todo,la limpieza, la ubicación, instalaciones y personal muy bien, y el señor del transporte también te explica todo, volvería sin duda
They take care of tourists at all times, they guide you through everything. The cleanliness, location, facilities, and staff are all excellent, and the driver explains everything. I would definitely return.

La verdad para tener categoria 4 estrellas no me parecio un hotel de esa categoria habian hoteles mas lindos por la mitad casi del costo

For the price they charge, improvements are urgently needed

Cons:

In 24 hours, we experienced two significant ceiling leaks. Ceiling showing signs of recurring water damage. The bathroom got flooded, and maintenance had to be called at 4am
