Pros:

Quiet palatial hotel which appears to be a converted monastery. Very ecclesiastical.
Close to all the amenities. Beautiful courtyards and rooms. Lovely breakfast and ample secure parking. Very good stay.

Best hotel in the city.
Pros:

This hotel in Brescia is the perfect blend of historic charm and top-notch hospitality. It offers guests a unique sense of peace and elegance, ideal for exploring the city. The hotel impresses with its historic setting and a beautiful internal courtyard with a carefully tended garden that offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Located in the heart of the historic district of Brescia Antica, the hotel offers an excellent starting point for sightseeing. A great advantage in the city center is the secure private parking in the courtyard. Excellent breakfast with a rich buffet. The friendly and helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurant provide excellent service.

The hotel seems to prefer large groups / events and pay less attention to mere groups of two.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. Some of the staff were very nice. The hotel is a beautiful building in a gorgeous location.

Cons:

The check-in experience was odd - three people looking at me with confusion, as if they could not understand why I was there. One gentleman in particular looked annoyed and continued to look at me in a quite unwelcoming manner, one young woman looked at me sternly, and the third gentleman eventually smiled. I must say that it was a very strange experience to have at check-in.

Further, it was disappointing that on the second night of our stay, the restaurant was closed to regular guests without any notice or advance advisory given by staff.

Cons:

Malheureusement une panne de climatisation sous de fortes chaleurs a eu raison de notre nuit sereine. J'aurais aimé être prévenu.

J avais une réservation le 2 juin dans votre établissement j étais en moto je suis arrivé sous la pluie complètement trempé . Mon séjour avait déjà été réglé à l avance arrivée à la réception j ai présenté ma carte d’identité ce qui est normal mais la réceptionniste m a obligé à remplir un formulaire sur sa tablette j étais complètement trempé ,je lui ai demandé de le faire après avoir récupérer ma chambre et à avoir mis dés vêtements secs mais elle n a rien voulu savoir. Je trouve son
excès de zèle fort déplacé et vous comprendrez mon mécontentement. A savoir que j ai fait de multiples séjours dans votre établissement. J espère que si je retourne chez vous j aurais moins de déconvenues

Beautiful stay
Pros:

It is a very beautiful, in fact a magnificent building and gardens. It used to be a seminary and has a gorgeous church in the grounds. The rooms are spacious and have air conditioning. The location is superb, in a beautiful historic area a short walk to lovely shops, bars and restaurants.

Cons:

Bed was a little hard. Furnishings a bit spartan. No facility to make a cup of tea, essential for brits lol.
