Es sieht schon verrückt aus das ganze Hotel

Cons:

Das Personal ist etwas Unfähig gewesen.
Hat uns durch die halbe Stadt geschickt zu einem Geldautomaten obwohl es einen im Hotel gab - das wusste wohl der Portier nicht 🤷🏻‍♂️
Den Hotel eigenen Taxiservice wollten wir mehrfach nutzen - allerdings war dieser nach 20min warten nie verfügbar

Lovely old hotel, but too far out of town
Pros:

Old style grandeur. Room was comfortable. Nice to have a balcony. Restaurant was very good. Bar selection was huge.

Cons:

Hotel is very tired. Location wise it is very far from the centre. Situated right next to the ferry port . Wish we had booked something nearer the centre of the action.

Amazing breakfast, I particularly enjoyed the Chinese options.
Pros:

Very clean and spacious. Bathrooms were top. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Food in Terra Mar was average. Connectivity and transport to other parts of the city not great (ie. Location)

Opulent stay in a convenient location; more cost effective than the Cotai resorts
Pros:

Luxurious hotel, with courteous staff and quick service. The level of decoration in the common areas and the room were simply superb. Our suite was very spacious and truly felt like living in a palace. Elegant touches like gold switches, automated drapes and a Nespresso machine felt very plush. beds were comfortable, extra bed available at extra charge. The bath was very deep and elegant, and L'occitane toiletries were superb. Also, the hotel is 5-6 minutes walk from the Ferry terminal in one direction, and Sands resort in the other. This makes it easy to get shuttles to almost all Cotai resorts (as hotel doesnt have its own shuttle). We did not need a taxi even once, but most shuttles stop after 930 pm. The pretty Fisherman's wharf is next door, great for food and outdoor pics. Food at Terra Mar Italian was superb, with 20% guest discount. Finally, we felt it was great value, as similar properties could cost upto 3 times the price in Cotai strip.

Cons:

Breakfast was decent at best. There was a variety of bread, cereal, salads, dessert and yogurt. The eggs to order were not tasty, and the exact same dishes were served on 4 consecutive days, rather boring. Also, limited vegetarian hot dishes (french fries, roast pumpkin; no mushrooms). It could easily be improved to enhance the otherwise 5 star level. Also room service is very limited, but you can get takeaway from the restaurant. Also, though there are large TVs with 5-6 English channels, there are no SMART TV options.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf
Pros:

Rustige locatie, heel grote kamers, op wandelafstand van de ferry "outer harbour" wat zeer gemakkelijk is als je van Hong Kong komt. Alles gemakkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Vriendelijk personeel. Leuk zwembad. Kamers een klein beetje gehorig.

Cons:

Kamer heeft voor 10 jaar oud te zijn wat kleine gebreken en ruikt een beetje muf.
