Cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom

Cons:

Viajei a trabalho e estava com a agenda apertada. O café da manhã que teoricamente começava às 6h30 na verdade era o horário que os funcionários começavam a arrumar o buffet… as opções só estavam mesmo servidas depois de uns 15 minutos, o que me atrasou.

Internet did not work for more than 4 mins at a time, shower cold mostly
Pros:

I’m glad the other reviewers had a good experience. I guess the price was good. The internet was terrible and broke down all the time. The shower was bad too and honestly if you can’t get internet without breaks and you can’t get a decent shower then it does impact your trip greatly. Occasionally in the shower there would be heat but mostly it was very cold. The housekeeper kept moving our things. I don’t like them touching and rearranging everything and it happened each day. Restaurant breakfast buffet was a poor effort. Food was cold and had to be returned. Tried to use a gift we had nd it took awhile to figure it out. Doesn’t feel like a Marriott. Restaurant staff wore jeans. Front desk wore down jackets. You could do well to add a few hooks in the bathroom and it doesn’t cost much for that.

What was good? A friendly note in Spanish from the housekeeper and a treat for my birthday were nice but to be honest the continuous internet issue and shower problem overshadowed alot. Also good: attached to a mall with a Sanborns and a Starbucks and movies. Front desk was friendly

Excelente hotel
Pros:

La atención del personal, la habitación muy comoda y muy bonita y sobre todo muy limpia, tienen en la habitación su plancha, secadora de cabello; en términos generales de cien!!!, además se encuentra algo cerca de la Arena Ciudad de México.

Está muy cerca del área Industrial de Vallejo, y su ubicación es perfecta ya que está en una Plaza Comercial con Restaurantes. El desayuno es excelente y cada día variado.

Buen hotel, confortable, seguro y a buen precio en el norte de la CDMX.
Pros:

Me gustó mucho el desayuno porque apliqué a la tarifa con desayuno incluido y me gustó mucho la variedad y sobre todo que te ofrecen los huevos al gusto. Aunque no hubo café descafeinado.

Cons:

Todo bien, solo que tengan a bien considerar café descafeinado.
