Wonderful location and very nice hotel
Pros:

location of hotel is wonderful. very central and close to everything. Room is a little small and would have liked a room with a bit more of a view. Staff at reception were amazing but was not a fan of the Staff at the Branch.

Cons:

Location of the room wasn't ideal and staff at the Branch are a little bit pushy and not very friendly.

Fantastic location close to major attractions. Comfortable accomodation.
Pros:

Amazing location close to Empire State Building, Central Park, Time Square, Theatres, Metro. Lovely roof top bar with spectacular views and atmosphere. Room was very quiet despite this being in the centre of a busy city.

Cons:

Small niggles....we had requested a few things (safe needed a new battery, some mugs and a kettle, milk) but these were initially forgotten. One of the shampoos in the room was not dispensing...like I say, small niggles but this detracted from a full 10/10 score.
