מיקום מעולה, מרחק הליכה ברגל לכל מקום כמעט במנהטן. תחנות רכבת קרובות, ועם זאת, שקט ונעים.
הצוות היה אדיב ונחמד וזמין בכל שעה של היום.

Cons:

ההזמנה הראשונה היתה לחדר סטנדרט בקומה גבוהה. המיטה היתה קטנה והחדר היה צפוף למדי.
שדרגנו לחדר סוויטה וקיבלנו חדר מרווח ונעים, נוף יפה ומיטה רחבה.

We had two problems during our stay.

First, since our flight was delayed we arrived at 3am. The person at the reception told us their system was down to run some batch process and had us wait 15 minutes in the lobby before they could even start the check in. How come in 2026 you still need to have your systems down for 15 minutes to run a process? And furthermore, since the stay had already been paid, couldn't they just get our credit card for incidentals and let us into the room instead of having to wait at 3 am?

Second, the following day we left our room at 10am and returned at 9pm and the room was never serviced. When we asked for it to be serviced they told us housekeeping had already left. They only offered new towels which they took 20 minutes to deliver.

The following day the manager apologized but did not offer any solution or compensation. I will never return to this hotel.

Would highly recommend for location and size of room
Pros:

Location is fantastic. People sometimes frown on midtown, but it's not so close to Times Square that it feels hectic.
Bryant Park location is just great, a lovely oasis in the middle of busy Manhatten
Room size also v good, especially for New York

Only thing I didn't like was not being able to open curtains as we were facing an office with workers looking directly in

NYC Business/Concert Trip
Pros:

On July 10th, I flew into NYC for a business/fun trip in which I would do some business at the Empire State Building and also attend a concert that was happening over the weekend.
I had never stayed in Midtown before and decided that the park on the park terrace was a base of operations. I am so glad that I made that choice. The hotel was beautiful. I got to do everything I wanted. Times Square was within walking distance as was the Empire State Building and there were tons of shopping options nearby.
Jesse was my first point of contact and he was able to arrange for me to check in earlier than my check-in time, which was really unexpected. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by Cailin, who was absolutely instrumental in getting me oriented to the hotel and letting me know where to go around the hotel to heighten my NYC weekend experience. She let me know all of the great places to eat and things that I needed to experience before I left.
After the first concert on the way back to the hotel I knew I wanted to stay longer to catch a Sunday concert and I went straight to the front desk to extend one more day. Miguel at the front desk was friendly and helped me at 4:00 in the morning and told me what I needed to do in order to extend my stay. I greatly appreciated his help as well.
All of these team members made my NYC experience unforgettable and I will definitely stay at the Park Terrace Hotel the next time I'm in town, which will probably be next week. I hope to see them there.

Comfort and Style in one chic location
Pros:

Most comfortable stay in the city ever. Perfectly located for business and fun outings. Amenities are exquisite for my lifestyle and the rest was superb! The front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping was excellent! I will be back!
