Service is really good, friendly personnel and clean facilities. Great soundproof windows, we had a street facing room and didnt hear anything. The doors are less soundproof and you would hear your neighbors coming home. Lots of healthy food options around.
The gym is rather small, noise from the hallway and slow room cleaning service, resulting in skipping one day of housekeeping since they hadnt been there until 6pm, when we already came back to freshen up for dinner.

Location was excellent. Enjoyed having the. Ranch terrace available for drinks and snacks.
The TV remote would not work properly even with having the staff come attend to it. Not sure what was up with that.
Room was decent sized for New York. Staff was super helpful and supportive, stored my rented bike in a basement storage area. Location is great, first class coffee and bakery on the same block. I will return.

A small boutique hotel in a fantastic location. Right across from the delightful Bryant Park a short walk to times square. There's no restaurant on site, but plenty nearby. The rooms were whisper quiet, which is great in New York City
The elevators run a little slow and there can be a wait, so just plan on it.
