Love the water bottles on every floor. Rooms are comfortable and beds are great. Location is very convenient.

Cons:

We never were able to use the 6th floor sitting area or terrace because we had outside food or beverages. In previous visits, we were able to relax and bring back a bite to eat on the 6th floor after a busy day out in NYC. Now they are very strict about this. I find it pointless to stay somewhere that doesn’t have a lobby you can eat food in. Too pricey of a hotel to have these ridiculous rules in place.

The hotel location and the room were very good.

Cons:

Billing was not so good.
I used Booking.com and paid in full in advance. It appears the hotel didn't accept the Booking.com payment and recharged my credit card. I am looking for someone to refund me back 1 over charge, but no luck. Still attempting to work out a solution one month later. Not sure who is at fault but double charging is not acceptable.

Perfect for a short get away

Subway station close

But then again everything is expensive in NewYotk
So i forgot about that and enjoyed the vacation
