Park Terrace Hotel

Super clean and modern on first impression. Right next to Bryant park. Location is great.
I arrived early, Miguel was very nice to let me check in early - such a bonus after an early morning flight.

The Park Terrace Hotel has been a repeat location for me and my team when we were in town for meetings. The location can’t be beat close to Bryant Park and Grand Central. The rooms are a decent size for the city and the terrace is a cute spot after a long day. This visit stood out being greeted by Miguel and Cailin at check in. Usually check in is pretty quick but Miguel took the extra step to ask how to make my experience more comfortable and those little asks go a long way. Cailin was super friendly and warm smile erasing those NYC-grumpy stereotypes. It’s a no brainer where I’ll be staying on my next trip: Park Terrace Hotel.

The hotel is centrally located – right across Bryant Park. The staff is friendly and kind. The rooms are well sized, clean, organized, and well appointed. We have stayed here many times and we will be back.

What I appreciated most about Park Terrace was its exceptional location. Being right next to Bryant Park and in the heart of Midtown Manhattan makes it incredibly convenient whether you're visiting New York for business or leisure.

The views from the hotel are fantastic, especially overlooking Bryant Park and the surrounding skyline. I also enjoyed the modern design, the comfortable rooms, and the overall atmosphere of the property.

Most importantly, the staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to New York.

The whole staff was amazing, specially Arlette from the front desk. She was very friendly, helpful and always had a smile on her face. You can tell she really enjoys her job and cares about guests. Thank you for making our stay even better!

Chill, comfortable spot, perfect for business or couples trip. Top location right in front of Bryant Park’s beauty. Rooms are spacious, clean and have incredibly comfortable beds. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Yovanni and Arlette on the front desk were lovely to us made the experience much nicer. Had time to try the gym which is well equipped and has also great space for work meetings.

This will definitely be a top choice when coming back to the city and trying to be close to everything yet not around too much crowd or noise.

I brought a group to the Park Terrace Hotel for a theater weekend, and as usual, it was a wonderful stay. The rooms are clean and updated. The hotel's location is perfect. It's a quiet street, right across from Bryant Park and the New York Public Library. In terms of proximity to other locations in the city, it's pretty much in the middle and about 20 minutes to all major sites.
The staff is incredibly professional and helpful.
The 6th-floor terrace and lounge are such a nice added feature to the hotel. You can have friends over at the hotel for a drink or just relax outside on the terrace.
As I stated previously, I organized a group here, and if you need a hotel for a group, this is truly perfect. The meeting spaces are beautiful, and the catering is great too. Zlata, Johnny, and so many more members of the staff are incredible to work with. I will definitely be bringing additional groups.

Elevated, but comfortable. Exclusive - like Branch - but still laid back. The staff was so attentive to us. Perfect location.
