Pros:

Wow ❤️ what a beautifully appointed Apartment. It was gated, for security. Very strict rules, but wise. Huge pool and facilities. Very tastefully decorated, spacious all the facilities you need. Full size kitchen, lounge dining for 2. 2nd toilet in the laundry, heaps of hanging space and non secured coat hangers ( I hate those locked on ones!!) Drawers, bedsides a lovely big bed!! Bathroom was very large, 2 types of shower roses 🚿. Good quality products. Bath robes, and towels. A lovely deck to sit on. In comfy cane saucer chairs. There was a golf hitting range, full gym and the pool. Our host Vanessa scooted around in her gopha, introducing herself, escorting us to the Apartment and explaining the workings. We were given a large continental breakfast of our choice in a basket.

Cons:

No pod machine that would have been the cherry on top. There was a plunger coffee ☕️ No Restaurant on site ( one is in the pipeline to come) we had to drive 3kms to town for dinner. Not really a criticism, but would have been 120% if these things were available.

A hidden gem in Charters towers
Pros:

A beautiful setting, spotless accomodation, peaceful with all the extras you wouldn’t expect; such as complimentary basics, well stocked kitchen, front and back verandas, plus free golf driving range, very well equipped and spacious gym, lovely walking track … did I mention the peace!

Unexpected quality accommodation
Pros:

They thought of everything a guest would need, including makeup wipes! Access to a washing machine and dryer at no extra cost was much appreciated. I was surprised to have breakfast items included which I had not expected. Everything was high quality.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like.

Unique beautiful rooms in amazing settling not far from town.
Pros:

Quite unique renovation of old asylum. Beautiful decor in rooms and breakfast included. Extremely comfortable, secure and private. Owner was most hospitable, and amazing restoration on completed wings. Look forward to watching further progress. First class quality.

The property is a WIP. When completed it will be very nice and certainly the room was lovely.

It was isolated and quiet. Attractive room. Had everything we needed.

The room had no windows to open and let air in at night ( we left the front door open which didn’t matter because nobody walked past )

Beautiful accommodation in a very peaceful setting.
Pros:

It felt like a home away from home from the minute you stepped in the door. A very generous living space with separate beautifully appointed bathroom and lovely bedroom. A very generous continental breakfast was delicious. Wonderful hosts
