Hatten über Booking gebucht. Als wir in Motorradkluft an die Rezeption kamen und sagten, dass wir ein Zimmer gebucht hatten, war die Antwort: kein Zimmer frei! Wir insistierten, dass wir über Booking gebucht hätte . Wieder: kein Zimmer frei, müsse ein Fehler von Booking sein. Es wurde nicht mal nach dem Namen gefragt. Fazit: Bikers not welcome! Wir gingen dann ins benachbarte Havet Hotel. Für 20€ mehr 5-Sterne-Hotel mit Top-Service und Ausstattung, wo auch Motorradfahrer willkommen sind

Die Lage ist total toll und die Anlage grundsätzlich auch sehr sauber

Die Mitarbeiter konnten fast alle kein Englisch. Statt einer Couch wie beschrieben hatten wir nur 2 Sessel in unserem Wohnzimmer.

Es gab beim Abendessen zu wenig Wasser.Für Kinder,würden wir empfehlen kinderfreundlichen Essen bereitzustellen.Auch Rührei gab es nur zu Anfang.Überteuerte Preise für Kuchen.28 Zloty für 1 kleines Stück Käsekuchen.Das Allerbeste war die Freundlichkeit des jungen Personals.

Sehr guter Preis für HP, Spa und schönsten Strand, etwas mehr Serviceorientierung wäre super.

- mitten im schönen Waldareal
- Halbpension mit wechselndem Angebot
- Warme Jacuzzi/Sauna
- Sehr gute Massage
- Billard/Kicker

Cons:

- Personal war überwiegend (also einzelne waren super) nicht so freundlich und bemüht wie man es sonst aus Polen kennt, besonders im Essenssaal nicht mal Hallo
- Sauna erst ab 16 Uhr zugänglich
- Bett/Matratze nicht so bequem
- war schwer Massage zu bekommen und dann sollte es wegen Verspätungen einen Rabatt geben, musste beim Checkout aber vollen Preis zahlen

Wyjątkowy hotel
Pros:

Hotel położony nad samym morzem, bardzo miły personel, różnorodne posiłki, przestronny pokój, a do tego mnóstwo atrakcji w cenie: SPA, siłownia,zajęcia fitness.
Z pewnością wrócimy w to miejsce. Polecam.

Vielleicht hatten wir einfach nur Pech!
Cons:

Appartement war eine Katastrophe, mehrere Defekte, schmutzige Wände, Teppich, Hygienebereich absolutes Desaster. Ein gleichwertiges Appartement stand nicht zur Verfügung, wir haben den Urlaub sofort abgebrochen. Booking.com wurde informiert und Bildmaterial wurde entspr. weitergeleitet.

Machen wir nicht nochmal
Pros:

Das Bett war wirklich bequem und das Zimmer gut eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da es relativ leise war. Der Strand ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und sehr sauber. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze am Hotel - Preis 33 Zloty pro Tag. Gegenüber ist ein Polomarkt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist wirklich nicht gut bzw hat unseren Geschmack überhaupt nicht getroffen - dabei hatten wir uns auf das außergewöhnliche Frühstück gefreut womit geworben wird! Um 10 Uhr war bereits fast alles vergriffen (geht bis 10:30), wenn man gaaanz viel Glück hat, wird es nochmal aufgefüllt. Wir hatten HP, aber nur am ersten Tag das Abendessen (von 16-19 Uhr) probiert, danach waren wir auswärts essen, da es sehr enttäuschend war. Das Personal im Essbereich wirkte unerfahren und unorganisiert, da viele rum gelaufen sind, aber niemand was richtiges zu tun hatte. Das restliche Personal spricht je nach Laune deutsch oder englisch, vielleicht auch nichts von beidem und wirkten unterkühlt. Bar hatte bereits vor 20 Uhr geschlossen wegen "technischer Fehler"... Spa hat nach Abfluss gerochen, zu klein für zu viele Leute und eine Sauna (von 3) war defekt.
