This hotel is very unique and cozy, I enjoyed staying here, facility is good, staffs are nice and helpful, receptionists speak good English, specially grateful to Me Sophea, his service is beyond my expectations, would absolutely choose this hotel (Capri) again when visit here in the near future.

I would like to recommend this hotel the room was spacious great facility all what you need as in your home, View from room was nice, roof bar view sunset from restaurant was incredible I really love it, food was good too, in the room was quite you enjoy with comfortable bed, room very clean, smell was good, along the corridor the set up with curtain look clean well. All staff from front desk helpful & flexible
the location near all the area as Supermarket, Restaurant, Central market you can go grab some local food buy local product there.

Great room and clean

I had the best stay at this hotel since January 13 to May 1, 2026 in room 1208. All my needs were attended to promptly, and the staff were always respectful, courteous, and helpful. I would especially like to commend Ms. Rany, Mr. Sovann, and Mr. Shopeak for their excellent service and professionalism. They made my stay comfortable and memorable. Really enjoyed my two-night stay at Capri by Fraser Phnom Penh. Comfortable stay, peaceful vibe in the busy city centre, and a very professional team.

Special thanks to the GM — efficient and genuinely welcoming. The restaurant on the 14th floor offers a beautiful view overlooking the Royal Palace of Cambodia. The bed was also surprisingly comfortable — had a really good sleep.

Also surprised the hotel offering premium TV and entertainment for guests- normally only seen in luxury 5-star hotels. Enjoyed a movie during a lazy night. 👏

The service was excellent. Mr Sophea was so helpful organising transport and an extended checkout time for my room. I shall definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone, clean, comfortable, friendly and the restaurant is also superb.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff is amazing! I’m touring SE Asia and this as been our favorite hotel so far; the most sophisticated, luxurious, and accommodating one yet. The hotel is conveniently located and has a nice lobby with well equipped snack shop. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings, modern features, tons of windows/light, gorgeous bathroom with nice water pressure and very hot water, huge mirror, two desks, mini fridge, safe, closet area and lots of hangers. The staff was equally amazing. We couldn’t figure out the tv but they quickly sorted it out. In addition, I love for the room to be an icebox so Mr Sophen even went so far as to find me an extra AC unit! I could almost see snow in my room! :) The breakfast was also very nice and the view from the rooftop was breathtaking. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
