Struttura elegante e ben curata, staff gentilissimo, colazione eccellente. Posizione vicino al mare che permette di rilassarsi lontano dal caos, pur essendo a pochi minuti in auto dal centro storico di Hoi An.
Purtroppo la spiaggia di fronte è in rifacimento. Noi abbiamo affittato lo scooter e abbiamo trovato delle belle spiagge nelle vicinanze. L’hotel metteva comunque a disposizione la navetta per la spiaggia di An Bang

Bardzo przyjemny hotel kolo plazy. Personel wspanialy i chetny do pomocy. Sniadania bardzo dobre.
Wazne, a nikt o tym nie pisze. Plaza, przy ktorej lezy hotel Cua Dei jest w trakcie zabezpieczania i budowy falochronow. Pracuja tam caly czas koparki. Ze wzgledu na monsuny wiele przybrzeznych hoteli jest zamknietych. Aby poplazowac lub chociazby pospacerowac brzegiem morza, trzeba sie wybrac do plazy oddalonej 3-4km An Bang.
Und hat vor allen die Freundlichkeit des Personal gefallen. Die Menschen machen einen Top Kon! Es war insgesamt ein entspannter und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Für 5 Sterne ist es aber insgesamt eher mau.
Das Zimmer war schön, aber die Lage zur Straße (Meerblixk) war ein absoluter Fail. Dieses Zimmer sollte eher rabattiert werden als premium angepriesen zu werden.
Die Pool-Bar könnte ein bisschen upcyclibg vertragen
Wonderful staff did everything to take care of us for 22 nights
Jättefint hotell som ligger några kilometer från den mysiga gamla staden i Hoi An. Hotellet har ett bra läge nära stranden. Rummet var fint och stort (vi hade två connecting rooms eftersom vi har två tonåringar.) Poolen och övriga faciliteter var väldigt fina och frukosten var jättegod.
Decent location, free access to the beach resort on the other side of the road which was handy because the hotel did not have enough sunbeds for the amount of rooms.
DO NOT use the spa they are extremely unprofessional! One of us went for a massage, and during the massage the therapist broke her necklace. It was the first time that she ever had a massage so was not sure on the procedure, the therapist should have asked her to take it off like she asked her to take off her rings. After talking to the manager, the manager said that she took it to a jewellers to fix it, but it came back and parts of the gold chain were black so I have no idea what they tried to do. They then gave us a replacement necklace, with no receipt or no information as to what the necklace was or where it came from. This is a 5 star hotel and their service in this situation was truly terrible.
The pool is small and does not look like the pictures, and there was not enough sunbeds as previously mentioned. There is a lot of construction on the street and on the beach which isn't the hotels fault but good information to know before booking here.
Une belle découverte !! Tout y est :piscine agreable peu de transat mais nous avons toujours eu de la place .
Chambre agreable, confortable et calme .

Bar: de bonne margarita mais aussi coconut cafe excellent .
L'hôtel propose plusieurs activites dont celle des bateaux coconut ,mais aussi des navettes gratuite pour la vieille ville et la plage .
Des vélos gratuit aussi a dispo que nous avons utilisé pour aller a la plage an bang au resto partenaire qui fournisse serviette et transat parasol très très bien.

All the staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms are a good size. The breakfast was very good and the shuttle was a nice touch which we used on a few occasions.

Personnel, notamment la responsable, absolument adorable et serviable ; notre chambre initiale n'était pas conforme aux souhaits exprimés de longue date, la responsable a fait son maximum pour nous proposer 1 chambre répondant à nos attentes dès le lendemain
Prêt gratuit de vélos (en grand nombre) permettant de se déplacer dans la vieille ville ou vers de belles plages en moins de 15mn, ce qui permet également de se balader et de voir les environs.
Le restaurant est excellent et varié.
La salle de gym est correctement équipée.
Navette gratuite vers l'aéroport (45mn-1h de route) gratuite si 3 nuits réservées
La localisation : un peu loin mais surtout dans une zone en chantier, tant sur la plage qu'autour de l'immeuble. Le prêt des vélos permet de s'éloigner de cette plage néanmoins.
L'hôtel ne donne pas sur la mer, seuls les étages élevés (4 ou 5) peuvent avoir une vue mer. Nous étions initialement au 2ème et la vue est sur la route.
A lot of luxury for a modest price. Facilities are good, breakfast is excellent and you are in Hoi An is near.
The location is under development, and construction. The beach is okay but only in a couple of years will it be excellent. Now it’s not much.
Our sea facing room was large, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast is sumptuous, great variety of Asian and Western food.
We could see the construction from our room but it didn't bother us
