Great stay with excellent staff. Would recommend
Pros:

The staff at Wyndham Gardens are exceptional. They really do make your stay so comfortable. Food was excellent.

Cons:

The only downside was the WiFi connection in the rooms wasn’t the best but it didn’t spoil our experience

Pros:

Staff absolutely amazing!!! Breakfast 10/10. Check in totally easy even at 23:00 cannot rate the staff high enough they're all so good its impossible for any single one to stand out! 1million percent would recommend this hotel. Lilly is amazing as is john

Nice for a short break
Pros:

Very friendly staff and large, comfortable rooms. The restaurant was also very nice for dinner.

Cons:

The beach was quite dirty and there wasn’t much around if you didn’t feel like going into Hoi An. No alternatives offered at breakfast for those with allergies. The hotel was quite noisy with construction going on next door, it was also very busy by the pool.

A great choice of hotel with a 2 min walk to beach
Pros:

Pool was lovely and cool against hot weather!! Food was outstanding, service and staff unbelievable, friendly and helpful and very caring when I wasn’t feeling well!! Very reasonably priced and large portion dishes.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing other than we could have found it earlier in the holiday

Pros:

Rooms: Very spacious, bright, and, most importantly, spotlessly clean.

Breakfast (free/ included): buffet with various dishes, fruits, drinks (eggs, pho bo and even tiny dried anchovies).

Lunch/ Dinner extra-pay: various dishes and drinks

Amenities: There is an excellent, well-equipped gym and a fantastic, quite large swimming pool which was great for relaxing.

Service: The staff is beyond praise! Extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request.

Bonus Perks: A huge plus is the free bicycle rental. It’s incredibly convenient for exploring the local area.

Location & Beach: One beach is located very close to the hotel, within easy walking distance. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to another beach and other places, which adds a nice variety to the trip. Additionally, there are plenty of small shops and restaurants just a short walk away, so dining and shopping were super convenient.

Cons:

Coffee - all you need is just to add a small milk fridge for your super automatic coffee machine.

Pros:

Excellant hotel in Hoi An beach area.All the facilites are available and the Buffet breakfast was consist with so many variteis .We were enjoyed lot during our stay.Swiming pool also very good.We used it so many occations.
Thank you for all the staff members and special thank for Mrs Sue in Front rsception.She is very supportive with all requrements.
We will come back again.

Pros:

Beds were very comfortable, room was very clean also

Cons:

Staff were always unfriendly and very weird to me. Not professionally trained... Always fake smiles and talked bad about me behind my back.

Location was also bad, 1 hour away from Da Nang and 15 minutes away from Hoi An.. so kust somewhere in the middle with no nearby facilities.

Also breakfast buffet ends at 9:30 while most hotels have it until 10:30 or 11... Which was annoying

Van de aankomst tot aan het vertrek heerlijk in de watten gelegd, supervriendelijk personeel, mooie grote kamer, heerlijke ontbijtfaciliteiten, gewoon vacantiegevoel.
