Pros:

Muy cuidado en general.
Personal muy amable e instalaciones bastante nuevas.

Cons:

Se escucha mucho el ruido del interior del hotel, pasillos…puertas y ascensores.

Top hôtel et top emplacement
Pros:

Emplacement, bouche de métro devant la porte, propreté,, modernité, petit déjeuné de qualité, varié. Le personnel est top et parle Français. La piscine sur le toit est un vrai plus même si elle est un peu fraîche.

Pros:

L emplacement chambre spacieuse moderne decore avec gout ns avons ete surclasse
Les petites attentions pommes gateaux chocolat bouteille d eau a notre arrivee
Hotel juste en face bouche de metro de tres bons restos autour
Variete du Petit dejeune

Cons:

Un peu decu sur taille de la piscine impossible d y acceder toujours pleine et que 6 transat tres petit
La television avait parfois des disfonction

Muito agradável
Pros:

Localizacao, conforto dos quartos, ar jovial (white mesmo).

Cons:

pequeno almoço é básico. Atendimento a saída: uma má comunicação entre o pessoal da recepção levou a uma situação desagradável no check out. No final ficou resolvido.

Pros:

L'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel.
Très bon emplacement

Cons:

La rempérature d'eau de la piscine beaucoup trop froide malgré la canicule.
D'autres clients comme nous ont été très déçu de ne pas pouvoir en profiter.
D'ailleurs aucun affichage de la température , ce qui prouve que le problème est connu!
Dommage.....

Heel goed hotel voor deze prijs
Pros:

Wat een goed hotel is dit voor de prijs! Het heeft 'maar' drie sterren, maar voelt echt wel een beetje luxueus. Mooie ruime kamers met uitstekende ruime douche, lekkere bedden. Ook de extraatjes als fruit, bonbons, koekjes en de koffie en thee konden we erg waarderen. We waren verrast dat er ook nog einde van de middag iemand van het personeel langskwam met een karretje en we nog wat extra eten en drinken konden pakken. Het kleine zwembad op het dak was ook erg mooi aangelegd en had leuk uitzicht over de skyline van Lissabon. Goed ontbijt ook met ijverige hostesse.

Cons:

De gang is wat gehorig. We hadden net een gezin laast ons die twee kamers hadden en veel over en weer liepen van de ene naar de andere kamer. Dat was enigszins irritant.

Bra beläget, städat, bekvämt och trevlig personal.

Cons:

Vissa familjer sitter vid poolen hela dagen. Man borde införa ett system med pool pass som gäller i två timmar. På så sätt får alla gäster möjlighet att använda poolen.
