Overall, our stay at Clanwilliam Hotel was passable, but there were definitely some positives worth mentioning. The staff were absolutely amazing — very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The food was also great and one of the highlights of the stay.
The location was excellent and convenient, and the facilities were decent overall.
However, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms could definitely be improved, and for the price paid, it didn’t quite feel like good value for money.
That being said, the excellent service from the staff really stood out and made the experience better.

A lot of street traffic noise and although we were given the honeymoon suite, it was near the reception and with the 24 hour check in, it never quietened down.
