A pleasant stay - happy to come back!
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at The Ivy Hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my whole stay. Lisa at the reception went above and beyond - she gave me great local tips, helped book trips for me, and made me feel truly well taken care of the entire time.

The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The location is excellent too: close enough to walk into the Old Town easily, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise.

Overall a really pleasant stay and I’d happily come back. Highly recommended!

nhân viên lạnh nhạt ko thân thiện, thái độ khá tệ, ko có tinh thần trợ giúp, kiểu là lv cho xong

phòng rộng rãi sạch sẽ thoải mái, đồ đạc còn khá mới, tiện nghi cũng chất lượng,

nhân viên ko thân thiện, từ lễ tân tới nhân viên dọn phòng khá kiệm lời, có khi là chỉ gật lắc, giải thích qua loa cho xong chứ ko giống như là đang hướng dẫn hay hỗ trợ, thái độ. checkout xong r nhà m nhớ còn quên cái sạc thì nvien bảo dọn phòng ko thấy, kêu khách tự ktra lại hành lý, đôi co 1 hồi mới trả lại sạc (ko hiểu có cái sạc thôi cũng đâu có giá trị gì mà phải làm vậy)
