Trevligt!
Pros:

Väldigt nära till Gamla stan och gångavstånd till nästan allt. Vi kom en dag sent men det var inga problem och vi fick checka in när vi kom på morgonen:) Väldigt trevlig personal med massa tips om vad man kunde göra i närområdet.

Great location near the Old Town, but needs improvement in facilities, staff service, and cleanliness.
Pros:

The location is very strategic, just a few minutes' walk to the Hoi An Old Town. It is very convenient for sightseeing.

Cons:

The hotel manager should consider upgrading the facilities and investing in staff service training. The noise from surrounding bars can be quite disturbing. Cleanliness is a concern – some areas feel old and not properly cleaned.

Perfect location
Pros:

Lovely little hotel, very central location and easy walking distance to the historic centre, shops and restaurants and bars.
Very easy to communicate, Lisa was very friendly and helped us arrange tours and airport pick up. Breakfast hit the mark for all of us with decent selection and eggs on offer.

Cons:

It can get a bit noisy from the bars and restaurants over the bridge.
