Comfortable and pleasant stay overall
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The only thing I did not like was the uphill walk to get to the hotel but I will certainly stay there again next time.

Cons:

They can change the breakfast menu more often so it don't get boring.

⭐⭐ Disappointing – Definitely not a 4-star experience
Pros:

I cannot recommend the Sapa Freesia Hotel. While it claims to be a 4-star hotel, the actual experience felt more like a 2-star property.
The Pros:
• Location: Situated on a quieter side of Sapa, but the center is still easily reachable on foot.
• Early Check-in: We were allowed to check into our room early without any extra charges.

Cons:

The Cons:
• Room Quality: The room was damp, smelled musty, and showed visible signs of mold. Additionally, the minibar was empty upon arrival and never stocked.
• Noise Levels: The walls are paper-thin; you can hear everything from the hallway. There were many large tour groups during our stay who showed no consideration for other guests' peace.
• Breakfast: Very poor for a hotel of this class. Trays were often empty and not refilled, and juices were constantly unavailable. They only served instant coffee from sachets. The only decent part was the daily Pho.
• Hidden Fees: Be aware that they charge an extra 3% for credit card payments, but these costs are not listed on the final receipt.

We could join a tour in the morning at 8 am spontaneously after talking to the reception just 15 minutes before the tour started
Laundry service was fast and good
