Pros:

The staff were very pleasant & very engaging. We had booked a classic room which was very comfortable & quite spacious. The bar had a great vibe & was very busy.

Cons:

I felt that the breakfast was disappointing for a number of reasons. The orange juice was concentrated & the choice of fruit & yoghurt options poor. Only melon on offer at 9.30?.There didn't seem to be enough staff as tables weren't set & I was kept waiting to ask for cups tea/coffee etc. Expected better especially as it was one of the most expensive hotels in Leeds at the time of booking.

Pros:

The staff, the rooms and the service all excellent. The conceirege Dave was super super helpful and cordial. Went out of his way to help as always .

Great location and nice boutique feel
Pros:

Location, boutique contemporary style. Quiet.

Cons:

I found the double bed is too small for 2 Adults to sleep comfortably.
The shower is designed in such a way it’s hard to keep the floor dry.
