1100hrs checkout is a little early after a late night out.
Cleanliness and the candle lighting effect
I don’t feel it represented the cost I paid for it, there was nothing exceptional about the room that I would say meets the cost.
Great Hotel, staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I has a signature suite and just a couple of tweeks would make it even better. Higher quality hairdryer, preferably with a nozzle and the ironing board covers need replacing. They are very thin with the metal print coming through on clothes.
Breakfast was perfect and again the staff were very attentive
Overall a great stay
This was an excellent place to stay, clean, comfortable with friendly staff. Breakfast was great, but the restaurant is overpriced for what it is.

As soon as i walked through the door i was greeted with an extremely pleasant, check in was very quick and professional. Room was spotless, bed very comfortable, air conditioned room which was nice. Decent shower and having proper Tea and Nespresso coffee pods, machine was a fantastic change. A proper coffee whilst getting ready :) Didn't spend much time in the hotel or room but would definitely stay there again. I have travelled extensively for work and stayed in much higher priced hotels and recieved far inferior service. Well Done all!!
Staff amazing on arrival and throughout, they really go that extra mile! The hotel is immaculate stylish and that extra added luxury throughout. I was nervous about hearing noise from the street but I heard nothing, it was so quiet! We are going to use this hotel from now on every time we visit Leeds, nowhere else compares!

Very friendly staff
Very happy with the location and the hotel having stayed there a number of times over the years, generally the hotel is spotless and the staff are always friendly.
The only issue we had this stay was when the room was cleaned during our stay they didn't replace the coffee capsules after use, they didn't replace the toilet roles or put clean coffee cups back into the room. we had three double rooms and this happened in two of our rooms.
That said we would not allow this to stop of visiting in the future, my comments are to try and help the hotel improve.
