The location is fabulous. Breakfast was included and was also fabulous, except the coffee. The bar and general area for meals was stunning. High ornate ceilings. Just beautiful.
The room was comfortable but it wasn’t easy to order room service, work the TV or find out anything. I also found the front reception a bit unenthusiastic. Meaning, they were a bit vague generally. And I found the music (Frank Sinatra) so loud in the bar and restaurant area. We stayed 3 nights so we had an afternoon drink every day. The music never changed and was so loud. It was awful.
Loved the Breakfast, so much variety and tasted wonderful. The staff were fabulous and helpful. Loved the atmosphere and everything about the restaurant and bar.
The bathroom didn't have enough bench space for two people.

Reception small , no lounge area at all in the hotel. We arrived early, around 9:30am but were unable to complete any check in formalities, I appreciate check in is 3pm but in other hotels we have done the formalities and just collected the room key later.
Our luggage was left in reception area from when we checked out of our room (and not put in luggage store), at 11.30 until we left at 3pm.we just picked it up and walked out without question.
Maitre d in restaurant was grumpy and abrupt. Not at all welcoming.
Breakfast buffet was extensive but hot food was barely warm verging on cold. No option was offered to order anything like an omelette.

Lo poco práctico de la habitación.’ Muy poco lugar donde guardar ropa. Lo mismo en el baño. Además, no podíamos regular la temperatura en el cuarto y la única ventana que se podía abrir era muy chica.
Super mezquino ademas que solo te dejan una botella de agua el primer día…. Casi no tiene lobby… hay que ir al baño del restaurante. Un papelón… Para u. 5* demasiado precio para lo que se ofrece.
Super location, in the middle of the city. Great breakfast, very helpful staff.
Twin beds. Pretty narrow and not super comfy. At night opening the window might be difficult, as people come out of bars etc. late at night.
Top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, beeindruckendes Design.
Das Bad ist sehr groß, aber hier geht Design vor Funktion: kaum Ablagen und nach dem Duschen (Duschvorhang) ist fast alles nass.
