Pros:

Beautiful, well run the front desk staff is courteous, intelligent, helpful. The dining room is beyond magnificent and the food is excellent. The rooms were very nice clean and well appointed.

Great location . We were able to walk everywhere. The best breakfast during entire 2 week trip through Scandanavia. Very clean and comfortable room

Beautiful Hotel and would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

I loved the architecture and design! The rooms and beds were a great size for us! The restaurants and bar were top notch. Lastly the location was perfect! Close to the fish market and tourists area by the water but easily walkable to other areas.

Cons:

It was more expensive but we definitely splurged and it was the right choice! Also the included breakfast helped out balancing the pricing!

AC wasn't effective in cooling the attic.

Great choice for Bergen
Pros:

The location is amazing and beautiful, the mirror bar was a lot of fun, and the buffet for breakfast in the grand Hall was fancy.

Cons:

The only minor thing that I didn’t like was that the bathroom was very small and the shower did not have a door so the bathroom got a bit wet
