l emplacement et le petit dejeuner

Cons:

tempzrature de la chambre froide à mon ressenti. Douche non ergonomique : l eau sortait du bac par l utilisation du pommeau non pas/parce qu elle était bouchée quand douche ce qui mouullaitle sol
Petit déjeuner servi plus tard le week-end 7h30. nous avions le train pour osloa 8h : nous n avons pas pu le prendre le #panier repas# que nous aurions du récupérer n a pas pas ete récupéré : la seule personne présente était partie récupérer des bagages a priori pour des croisieristes nous avons du attendre 10mn poyr le check de départ un cuisinier est venu #dépanner # pour dire que tt était OK que nous ne devions rien.
Aucun geste commercia car le petit dejeuner etait unclus dans le prix l aucun sms disant qu ils étaient désolé.
Cela ne doit pas arriver dans un tel établissement.

Rooms dark and gloomy and depressing
Pros:

dark depressing rooms , do not stay here, there is no lobby to speak of, staff extremely helpful and nice but the the junior suite a waste of money , gloomy decor , 30 watt light bulbs , no bedside tables and the plug for your phone under the low bench that they called a bedside table. The bar is lovely and location great but i feel you could find something sunnier and brighter elsewhere , FYI Bergen a pretty gloomy city

Great location in Bergen
Pros:

This hotel occupies a beautiful building that once housed the Bergen Stock Exchange. The breakfast buffet is fabulous, with an impressive variety of choices. It was the best breakfast we had during our eight days in Norway.

We upgraded to a slightly larger room. The bed was comfortable, and the blackout curtains did a good job of blocking out the summer daylight. Our room had a rather high bathtub that was a bit of a challenge to step into. My only complaint was that the shower curtain was mounted so far from the tub that it was difficult to keep water from splashing all over the bathroom floor. Service was good throughout our stay.

Great stag at Bergen Bors Hotel
Pros:

Great location right in the centre of city. Lots of restaurants and other stores close by as well as tourist attractions. Hotel was excellent. Very clean, and quiet. Breakfast was sensational. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only issue was steps to get into the hotel with heavy bags although the staff were very eager to help out.

Me decepcionó el hotel . Esperaba algo mejor
Pros:

El desayuno era bueno pero las modas dejaban pegado una bandeja de pie que cuando te parabas te golpeabas , también estaban todo el tiempo sacándote la vajilla sin preguntar si habías terminado .

Cons:

El placard en el cuarto no tenía espacio

Que tener que sacar la llave para que cierre la pericia a
En el desayuno que todo el tiempo te querían levantar los platos .
No había lugar en el baño para apoyar

Schönes Hotel direkt im Zentrum
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt im Zentrum, zu Fuss ist alles sehr bequem erreichbar. Besonders der Frühstücksaal hat uns sehr gefallen, auch das Buffet war sehr gut.

Cons:

In der schönen Frühstückshalle fehlte einzig der Champagner. Es war zwar in den zahlreichen Vitrinen viel davon da, wie auch viele Weine, aber eben nicht fürs Frühstück gedacht.
