Piscina genial, desayuno lamentable
Pros:

Lo más destacado es la piscina climatizada, ideal para ir con niños pequeños. El restaurante a la carta tiene platos deliciosos y una oferta variada.

Cons:

El desayuno. Dice ser buffet, pero es limitado a un plato. En los dos días el desayuno estaba frío. Solicitamos esperar que nos trajeran huevos calientes y lo que hicieron fue raspar el fondo donde habían pedazos de pan y calentarlo, desagradable. Uno de los asistentes de cocina estaba de espectador y no se animaba ni a espantar las moscas q se paraban en el queso 😢. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la lluvia y el acceso al desayuno la mañana del lunes y fue pésima la gestión por parte de la recepción que al parecer estaba en Bogotá y desconoce la infraestructura del hotel. Esto se suma a que, al no estar conformes con el desayuno, tampoco nos permitieron ingresar comida de afuera, aunque entiendo que es regla del hotel, pero tampoco me solucionaron el inconveniente por la lluvia. Es un aspecto que no había ocurrido en estancias anteriores.

Buena opción, un poco caro para lo que ofrece
Pros:

La comida estaba buena. En general, las instalaciones limpias. La piscina y los jacuzzi muy buenos.

Cons:

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento a algunos detalles. Ofrecían agua caliente y acceso permanente a internet y no hubo ninguna de las dos. Les falta personal, por lo que el servicio es un poco demorado.

El jacuzzi, la habitación deluxe es muy bonita y recomendada

Cons:

Los precios de los platos de carnes son mucho más altos que los platos de pollo. El colchón podría ser más blando, al tercer día ya se sentía lo duro. Aun así es un lugar muy recomensable

Reencuentro familiar.
Pros:

La tranquilidad que se respira.

Cons:
