No cumple con el estándar de un hotel 4 estrellas

El desayuno, la zona de juegos y las mascotas del hotel.

Cons:

Mi experiencia no fue la esperada para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Lo que más me decepcionó fue la piscina: el agua estaba extremadamente fría y nos informaron que solo la climatizan los fines de semana. Considero que esto debería depender de las condiciones del clima y no únicamente del día, ya que incluso los niños no podían disfrutarla y se escuchaban quejarse por el frío.

Además, no cuentan con servicio de botones para ayudar con el equipaje, el parqueadero es muy incómodo porque los vehículos quedan estacionados uno detrás de otro y hay que esperar a que otros huéspedes muevan sus carros. Finalmente, nos entregaron la habitación con el baño dañado, lo que demuestra una falta de revisión antes de la llegada de los huéspedes.

La limpieza de las habitaciones y que es un lugar tranquilo

Cons:

Solicitamos cambio de habitación para más privacidad y se negó la recepcionista, aceptamos la habitación para no generar problemas y cuando llegamos a la habitación 201 no servía el aire acondicionado y tampoco había señal para el tele, entonces ahí sí decide cambiarnos a la habitación 601.
Otro punto negativo es el hecho de que no se pueda disfrutar la piscina por la cantidad de personas que hay, sabiendo que pueden habilitar las dos piscinas por esta época que es de vacaciones, adicional a lo anterior lo costoso de las bebidas alcohólicas, sus precios no son razonables.
Por último, recomendamos mejorar los jugos del desayuno que son sin sabor alguno, al igual que el sazón y el tamaño de las porciones.

Cons:

La calidad de la comida deja mucho que desear. La habitación donde nos quedamos tenía un nido de avispas en la ventana del baño y luego de avisar, la respuesta fue "eso no pasa nada". El baño de la habitación tenía fuga de agua.
El precio fue muy alto para lo que ofrecen

Pues lo unico regular es que al final nos cobraron por la comida un poco mas de lo que decia la carta creo que fue el servicio pero no nos avisaron nada al momento de pedir la comida sino al hacer el check out de resto todo muy bueno.

Ok value for money. Fun for child but i probably would not return.

It was fairly quier and away from the city which was nice.

Cons:

In general it was ok for the money and my daughter had a really nice time. At night there are so many bright flood lights that it is so hard to sleep if you are in a bungalow. It’s like a prison light. The showers were in need of update but i didn’t expect too much for the price. Sometimes the staff were not attentive but on their phones a lot. They also need to think about adults using the slide when there are small kids around. Especially drunk adults.
