Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Very cute well maintained proterty close to the old town. Delicious breakfast and the staff, especially Hone at the front desk, are so nice.

Pros:

Todo ok, el desayuno es muy bueno y completo. Internet en el tercer piso no funciona, gaste todos mis datos. No recomiendo si tienen que trabajar.

אהבנו מאוד את החדר היה גדול ונעים כל יום סידרו לנו וניקו את החדר המיקום קרוב לעיר העתיקה מקום שקט ורגוע

וקצת עובש זה פחות מתאים לו

Una estancia preciosa en pleno centro de Hoi An, con una atención de diez ❤️

Nuestra estancia en Hoi An fue estupenda. Uno de los grandes puntos fuertes del alojamiento es su ubicación, perfecta para recorrer el centro y disfrutar de todo el encanto de la ciudad.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, cómodas y están muy bien cuidadas. El servicio de limpieza fue excelente y nos encantaron esos pequeños detalles que marcan la diferencia, como las preciosas batas de seda que tenían preparadas en las habitaciones.

También destacaría especialmente la amabilidad del personal. Desde nuestra llegada nos recibieron con un zumo de bienvenida y nos hicieron sentir muy acogidos. Nos explicaron qué visitar, nos recomendaron sitios por la zona y hasta nos ayudaron a organizar el taxi al aeropuerto. ¡Un trato de diez!

El alojamiento también cuenta con una piscina que tenía una pinta estupenda. Nosotros no llegamos a utilizarla porque estuvimos pocos días y preferimos aprovechar el tiempo descubriendo Hoi An.



Nos llevamos un recuerdo muy bonito de nuestra estancia y, sin duda, lo recomendaríamos. ❤️

Cons:

Unico aspecto a mejorar, señalaría la claridad de la información al realizar la reserva. Habíamos reservado un tipo de habitación concreto y, al llegar, nos encontramos con que la disponibilidad no se correspondía con lo que esperábamos. Viajábamos en grupo y contábamos con tener las tres habitaciones en la misma planta, pero finalmente estuvimos repartidos en diferentes pisos. El personal fue muy amable y nos ofreció alternativas entre las habitaciones disponibles, algo que agradecimos, aunque nos habría gustado conocer esta situación de antemano para poder organizarnos mejor.

Por lo demás, nuestra experiencia fue realmente buena. Es un alojamiento precioso, con una ubicación excelente y un personal que hace que te sientas como en casa.

Pros:

The room was clean and nice, pretty big with a lot of space for luggages. Bathroom was what made me choose this hotel and I was not disappointed: huge shower and all the amenities. The bed was comfortable and AC and the fan were a blessing considering the weather outside. Great distance from the center: close enough but away from the crowd. (5 mins walking from the market)

Cons:

The pressure of the water for the shower was a little low but had nice showers anyway!

Una chicca nel cuore di Hoi An! Una piccola oasi di pace in una città molto turistica e caotica, la piscina fresca e meravigliosa. La camera ampia, il bagno molto grande, perfetta per il nostro soggiorno. La colazione buona, la posizione davvero ottima perché tutto era raggiungibile a piedi o con le bici che danno in uso gratuitamente! Personale gentile e competente. Consigliatissimo!!!

хорошее месторасположение, чистые комнаты, в моем номере не работал кондиционер и его сразу починили

в последний момент оказалось что мы не можем получить комнату, которыу заказали и мне предложили или менять комнаты или остаться в комнате на втором этажеэ второй этаж оказался третьим, без лифта... было не комфортно затаскивать и спускать чемоданы, да и ходить по крутой лестнице мне не очень понравилось. проверяйте на каком этаже для вас приготовили номер заранее!

Exceptional stay, especially considering the price! The staff was very friendly, giving us recommendations on what to do in Hoi An. The room was clean and well equipped. they offer free bikes and umbrellas to use as well as airport transfer which is cheaper than grab.

Espectacular
Pros:

Me gustó todo. Habitacion comodísima y super espaciosa, ubicación perfecta en el old town pero sin estar en el follón,los dueños y el personal de 10, desayuno super completo. Si vas con idea de hacerte algún traje, tienen.si propio taller de confección y en 24 h tenlo entregan en la habitación.
