Heerlijk verblijf op fijne ruime kamer. Heerlijk om in warmteverlies drukte van de stad een fijn zwembad te hebben!
Pros:

Mooie ruime kamers, kleinschalig en mooi zwembad. Ontbijt was heerlijk en medewerkers erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam!
Goede loopafstand naar oude centrum.
Wij vonden het veel charme hebben dat het niet zo’n groot hotel is.
Fijn dat je fietsen kan pakken om naar stad of strand te gaan!

Una estancia estupenda, empañada por un recargo injustificado del 4%
Pros:

Lo que nos gustó: el personal fue amable y la habitación era espaciosa y cómoda. Se agradece especialmente que haya un deshumidificador, dada la humedad que hay en la zona. La piscina es preciosa, parece sacada de un cuento. El desayuno aunque humilde estuvo fenomenal y variado (mejorable el té que ya está hecho y que no haya leche vegetal pero pudimos desayunar bien)

Cons:

Nos cobraron un recargo del 4% por pagar con tarjeta, algo que, según la normativa local, no está permitido. Cuando se lo indiqué a la recepcionista, su única respuesta fue que ya me había dicho que pagara en efectivo. Me pareció una respuesta poco profesional y, aun habiéndoles advertido de que ese recargo era ilegal, decidieron cobrármelo igualmente. No tuve tiempo de llevar el asunto más allá en ese momento, pero considero importante mencionarlo para que otros huéspedes lo tengan en cuenta.
Es una pena, porque por lo demás la estancia y las instalaciones nos gustaron mucho.

Cozy and well located hotel
Pros:

Super well located and nice hotel. Very close to the old center of Hoi An. The swiming pool is a small oasis. The rooms are big, cool and confortable. The staff is as well very kind.

Pros:

Great atmosphere and a nice place to stay just outside the old town.

Cons:

dead flowers on the balcony. SO easy to remove and this was the only negative thing about the whole place! ( and it’s not a big deal. )

10/10 to the lady at the reception
Pros:

The hotel is really cute, with a lovely pool at its center, surrounded by bonsais and rampant plants. The breakfast has a limited but satisfying choice. The banana pancakes are delicious. Rooms are very spacious and quiet. Overall cleanlines is OK. The lady at the reception must be the nicest receptionist all over Vietnam. The old city center is a short and easy (shadow) walk from the hotel.

Cons:

Our room was very damp. Dampness is expected what with the climate and the swimming pool so close, but you had to keep the air-conditioning, the fan and the dehumidifier on all the time so it did not feel like being in a cellar.
