Pros:

The dinosaurs were a hit with the kids!! Very clean, room was made up everyday. Very close distance to train station and disneyland.

Only thing that was inconvenient was no microwave in the room, but otherwise it was wonderful.

Good location and self check in. Lawson across hotel!
Pros:

Very easy to take bus to Maihama station , 5 mins walk to Disneyland. Bus station near the hotel. Self check in and check out, easy and quick! Room is small but considered of the price and location. It’s a wise choice l! Also, they give out free dinosaurs when you book their dinosaur themed room!

チェックインが遅い時間でも大丈夫だったので、気兼ねなくてよかった。受付の恐竜さんもよかった！朝食もビュッフェでたのしかった。

Cons:

部屋に電子レンジがなくて一階におりてフロントに置いてある１台のレンジを使いにいったのはめんどくさかった。
