Good if you’re there to drink and party
Pros:

Good location, super close to the shopping street and Dotonburi

Cons:

The area itself felt unsafe, like a party area. We saw rats in the streets nearby. They have a bar on the ground floor which was super noisy until 3am (kept us awake). The room was also the smallest room out of all our hotels in Japan.

My room had an issue with the bathtub, which caused the bathroom to flood. Fortunately, the receptionist was able to move us to another available room.

Pros:

The location was super close to train station, shopping and dotonbori, you can just go back to hotel to rest whenever you need to, there are also plenty of restaurants nearby

Wonderful
Pros:

The service was impeccable, very friendly and informative. When needed, the staff is super responsive and the location is spot on; we are next to everything.
