Pros:

Good location, friendly and attentive staff, big bed

Cons:

We had some issues with our toilet flush (in that it didn’t really flush). Maintenance came to fix it which seemed to resolve it temporarily, until we had the same problem again and so were cautious when using. The shower also leaked into the rest of the bathroom. There was also a considerable amount of black mould in the bathroom.

Geweldige ligging en perfecte service o.a. met airport taxi en was.
Pros:

Goede ligging en heel vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden voor en gezin van 5, 2 kamers met connecting doors, dat was heel fijn. Lekker koel zwembad om even in te chillen.

Pros:

La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, la ducha con mampara (no suelen tener en Vietnam), la piscina perfecta para darte un chapuzón y la atención del personal, muy amables. La ubicación es perfecta y te prestan bicicletas gratuitas para recorrer la ciudad.

Pros:

Excellent value for money and very close to the old quarter of Hoi An. Staff were very friendly and attentive to all our needs, happily giving a lot of excellent recommendations for local cafes and restaurants

Cons:

We had to remind staff to clean our room at one point as it was missed - but not a major issue at all :)
