Great location, decent hotel, but beware of ground level rooms (mold)
Pros:

I'm really torn on how to rate this hotel. If I were to rate only the room I spend most of my stay in, then I'd give a 9, the room was decent, clean, staff was very nice and helpful and location was great. They even organized a trip to my next hotel in Danang for me for a decent price.

Cons:

The main problem was the room I was first shown when I checked in. The room had a strong moldy smell, and the whole bathroom ceiling was dark with mold. This is absolutely unacceptable, that's not just disgusting, that's a health hazard and such a room should absolutely not be offered to anyone. It also had a window with balcony facing the street on ground level, meaning anyone walking by would see directly into my room. Staff was very nice about it and exchanged my room for a different one which didn't have mold, but this situation should have not occured in the first place.

New room had some small things - a bit of mold on the towel basket, slightly cracked table, troubles with hot water, but in Vietnam's standards, nothing major.

Top notch service friendly staff with free bike
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff. Free Bike was so good to get around the old town, when returning bikes the staff would help you, very kind. Perfect location. Very quiet room and had a Great sleep.

Pros:

Excellent séjour dans l’hôtel, piscine super, chambre niquel, chambre très propre, et superbe emplacement ! Le gros plus: le personnel adorable, mention spéciale à Dao David qui était très serviable et à la dame de la réception qui était elle aussi très à l’écoute😊

Absolument tout ! La piscine magnifique et très propres, les chambres impeccables et très bien équipées, un personnel incroyable. Rien à redire c’était parfait surtout pour le prix défiant toute concurrence. Le meilleur hôtel de mon voyage au Vietnam de loin !

A wonderful place in Hoi An that you will want to return too.
Pros:

This is a little gem of a place that makes you feel welcome from the moment you step inside. We were met by Su Ly (like July) who was expectional on her knowledge and support of the local area and what was on offer. We had the ground floor room overlooking the pool so no stairs - this room was super quiet, had fridge, desk, table, lounge chair, TV, comfy bed, free water each day and big tv. The bathroom was big with great water pressure. It had everything we needed for our week stay.
The breakfast was minimal but cooked and fresh - eggs, scrambled, pancakes, yoghurt, juice, fresh fruits, tea and coffee. The lady who took our order each day was friendly and happy to be cooking for us.
The pool was refreshing - had a few deck chairs in small courtyard but friendly - you can order soft drinks and beer to relax if required.
The location was great it was close to many restaurants, spa options galour and nice coffee shops all within walking distance.
Special mention to Dao - our amazing concergie, go to person who opened our door, put on our air conditioner, got our towels - a true gem of a person who made our stay so excellent. We were always greeted with the biggest grin and fist bump - he truly made us feel special and welcome and smiling.
You can use the free push bikes to get around (if you choose)
All in all our stay here was amazing and one I hope to return in the future. It was small, friendly, catered for all our needs and all the staff from our cook, cleaning staff, front of house and Dao made this a truly memorable visit - thank you.

Cons:

お部屋が3Ｆだったのですが、エレベーターが無く荷物の搬入が少し大変でした。でも料金がとても安かったので±0です。

Cons:

No es un hotel para dormir hasta tarde. En mi caso, tenía una habitación que daba mirando a la piscina, por lo que se escucha todo el ruido de afuera. Además, mi habitación tenía una puerta que comunicaba con la habitación de al lado, por lo que se escuchaba todo lo que hizo el otro huésped en nuestra habitación.
