Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990,minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

There is an additional charge for parking of R$ 70,00 per day. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance and are limited.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Localizacao e cafe da manha

Cons:

Funcionários nem um pouco solícitos, instalações velhas com paredes descascadas, espelho do banheiro rachado, bidê dentro do banheiro, tomada com fio solto dentro do banheiro. Um super risco!

Conforto da cama, excelente localização, poucos passos da praia e de vários restaurantes , funcionárias da noite simpáticas e educadas

Cons:

Funcionárias da recepção do turno da manhã muito sérias , não falavam um bom dia , tive problemas com meu quarto na chegada e fiquei subindo e descendo elevador tentando solucionar, não senti gentileza da parte da recepcionista em tentar resolver o problema,estávamos cansados depois de mais de 24 h de viagem .
