According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990,minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

There is an additional charge for parking of R$ 70,00 per day. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance and are limited.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Do péssimo atendimento e importância com o hóspede, TV não funcionou, pedi para trocar de quarto nem bola me deram tanto é que fui embora do Hotel mesmo com as diárias todas pagas e fui para outro hotel. Nunca mais fico em nenhum Hotel da rede Sagres.

Bom sinal de tv e camas confortáveis

Cons:

Pela quantidade de dias que fiquei lá o café da manhã se repetiu todos os os 5 dias, comida simples e sem variação. Só salsicha e ovo. Só cuscuz e pão. Todas as comidas frias, café preto queimado com gosto amargo. Sem contar o atendimento péssimo dos funcionários da hotelaria.

Tive um problema muito chato com um funcionário da recepção.
E no hotel no fim de semana não tinha nenhum superior pra resolver a situação.
Fiquei extremamente decepcionado com o hotel.
