Amazing location and staff - but uncomfortably warm in room during heatwave

The staff are incredibly lovely - really friendly and welcoming ☺️ The location is unbeatable - 10 min walk to Wembley Stadium means this was absolutely worth it and then some. It was clean, good sized beds in our room, and a private bathroom which I really appreciated.

Cons:

It was almost unbearably hot. I would imagine close to 40 degrees in our room, even with 2 fans that they gave us (and this isn’t anything on the staff, they clearly know it’s warm which is why they provided the fans, so they did everything they could). Everything about the hotel is amazing except this, so please keep in mind if you’re staying during summer - we barely slept because it was so uncomfortably warm. I’d highly recommend the hotel invest in air con, even portable units for each room, so that guests are comfortable during their stay.

Short and hot, but great location for Wembley events.

Cons:

Small accommodation. The en-suite shower was tight and had the smallest sink I’ve ever seen. It was also far too hot, they provided 2 fans which made no difference, it was like a sauna with the sun shining in room 9 all day. No air conditioning. Very early check out by 10am.

Promising but ultimately disappointing.
Pros:

The location. And the spacious shower unit. The bed was comfy. 2 bottles of water provided and shower gel and shampoo provided.

Cons:

The shower head was covered in limescale and hadn't been properly cleaned in a very long time. There was cockroaches in the bathroom which I've never encountered in England before. The shower furniture's such as the cabinets the shower unit frame were not cleaned recently aswell as there being no hooks anywhere for towels to be placed. There was a drying radiator for towels but that also hadn't been cleaned clearly, in a long while. There was a stain on the bed upon arrival partner pointed out. Seeing as it was very late and for 1 night we looked past it due it's location on the bed not being overly intrusive. The room was unbearably hot and the bathroom even more so only made slightly less so by the presence of a fan.

It’s an affordable place with good connection to the city
Pros:

The property was easy to get to by metro from London and it seemed to be a peaceful area. Check in and check out were also easy as I just had to hand out the keys back at the desk after I left.
I appreciate them offering two fans in the room.

The receptionist was also pretty kind and helped me with some stuff when I arrived

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was boiling even with two fans. And it didn’t help the fans are full of dust. There were also some insects in the room and the main mattress seems to be a bit dirty. Some noise from other rooms and light coming from outside which made sleeping a bit hard…

El personal es fantástico, nos dejaron entrar antes para poder ir al concierto más tranquilos... Tardas 7 minutos andando a wembley, zona aparentemente segura...
