Hyatt Place Boise/Downtown

I wanted to give the Hyatt Place Boise a 4.5 stars, but it isn't an option. The location is great, and the rooms are clean. Its basically a Hyatt Place, if you've stayed in a few, this one was pretty standard to what you'd expect. The reason I'm going 4.5 out of 5 is the value and front desk, which is often unmanned later at night, or literally staffed with one person managing too many tasks. You can stay a few miles away plus an Uber fee for a good deal less. But they did give me a top floor as Globalist and were friendly enough. So really nothing bad, but not some amazing diamond in the rough.

This hotel is always clean and well-kept. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast has many options. The pool and gym area are well-maintained . The location is within walking distance of many delicious restaurants.

Awesome hotel, clean, nice. Outdoor pool and hot tub were clean, they brought out a lot of towels right away when we asked. Everyone was nice and attentive to our needs.

Amazing hotel. All around, hands down, the best place to stay. Easy to walk around and access many restaurants and shopping establishments.

Great place to stay. Even with my room being on the ground floor and facing the street, I didn't even notice. I was worried when I arrived but my worry was un warranted.

My staff had booked the wrong day for my arrival but desk clerk corrected that and provided a room for me. I have stayed at this facility many times and it is consistently good

Just wanted to give a shout out to the night clerk Josh who went above and beyond in his customer service. I found that the black tea in the room was decaffeinated and I asked him if he had any more. He kindly grabbed a few packets and I went back to my room. The next day, upon checkout, there was an envelope filled with the decaf tea with my name on it! Thanks again, Josh! This hotel is awesome!

The Hyatt Downtown Boise is super clean, and in the middle of everything. Plenty of parking and a great breakfast. Employees are super helpful as well as housekeeping is great. I only stay here for my business needs.

Excellent room and value. The front desk stay are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and nice and they have a Peloton bike available and nice exercise space.

Surprisingly nice Hyatt in the heart of downtown. Nice open modern lobby, great gym (with a Peloton too!!!). Very clean, quiet (some parts of downtown boise can be very loud on weekends). Will be back

Great location! This hotel was super easy, clean, and in the right location. The breakfast was really good. We'll definitely stay here again when we visit our son in college.

I have been staying at the Hyatt Downtown Boise for the past 8 years while our daughters have attended at BSU. I love the location as it is close to everything. The breakfast is a bonus and the rooms are very comfortable.

Was there for multiple days on a business trip and everything was great! Enjoy the room and staff is top-notch with service.
