We stayed for a week and it felt like home by the end of our stay.
Pros:

Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clearn. We loved the rooftop terrace. Location was excellent as well!

Um pequeno tesouro em Puebla
Pros:

O hotel me surpreendeu positivamente muitíssimo. Limpeza, conforto, amenidades de banho (luxo), simpatia dos funcionários, localização, rua tranquila. O custo X benefício é extremamente recomendável. Voltaria com certeza ao Hotel Nube.

Posizione centralissima e camere davvero curate in ogni dettaglio. Lo staff, sempre pronto ad aiutare, ha contribuito a rendere meraviglioso il nostro soggiorno a Puebla. Zeer goede ligging. Twee minuten van het centrum.

Cons:

De kranen in de badkamer zijn aan vervanging toe. Geen kleenex aanwezig. Enkel één vuilbakje in de badkamer. Slechte wifi ontvangst.

Wunderbares, einfaches Hotel im Historischen Viertel
Pros:

Bequemes Bett, weitgehend sauberes Zimmer, Dusche/Toilette/Waschbecken getrennt (wenn auch nur durch nicht wirklich abschliessende Milchglastüren), geräumiges Zimmer, gute Lage, hilfsbereites Personal. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen!

Cons:

Die Plissees vor den Fenstern sind auf der Aussenseite sehr schmutzig und wenn man sie runterlässt, tönt es, als würde Sand oder so runterlaufen… die sollten ersetzt oder gereinigt werden.
