We loved everything about our stay here. The location was fabulous and only a couple minutes walk to the centre of town. We also felt very safe.
The staff was also incredible! Especially Sibylle. We had an early flight and they organized a taxi for us and made us sandwiches to go.
The rooms were big and air conditioned worked great.

Everything! It’s exceptional!
So much history. The architecture is incredible. It’s an old olive press and also was home to the Bishop.
The staff are very kind and helpful.
The pool is perfect.
The bed is enormous and very comfy feather pillows and pressed bed linen with name embroidered on it. Very posh.
The surroundings and views of mountains trees and old buildings is so beautiful.
It’s just off the main square so easy to get to.
I stayed here on my own and felt really comfortable.

If I could put 100 stars, I would. The best of the best
Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful setting with mountain view’s from the poolside terrace. Helpful welcoming staff. Rooms clean and well equipped. Huge comfortable beds and plenty towels. Short walk into Soller town square for evening meals.
Very little. Location is tucked away so a little difficult to find initially but that just makes it all the quieter. Parking is quite a walk up the hill but still very fortunate to have as there is so little parking around otherwise and there was always a space available even in peak season.
The hotel is centrally located in Sóller, just down one of the narrow streets. Tastefully decorated, friendly staff, a delicious breakfast, lovely rooms and a nice pool. It was easy to get in touch with the hotel before our stay. Busstop to Port de Sollér close by. Note that the car park is about 400 metres from the hotel, just after the first roundabout when coming from Palma. It worked fine for us.

Great location central to Soller which is a beautiful town with all the facilities you need. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is beautiful and in great condition. The pool was perfect for late afternoons on hot days. The breakfast may be the best one I have experienced.
Zero complaints
Great location within walking distance of the town with parking nearby . Lovely pool ( cold) albeit some noise disturbance from the restaurant . We were upgraded to a pleasant room with a small outdoor balcony facing the street ( although with a high barrier limiting views) .
A few small issues would have improved our experience. Self checking took some time and we wondered why the staff could not do this while they were sitting at the reception desk . They were not particularly welcoming and could have been more helpful in providing maps and general information on the hotel and the town .
We had to go back to reception for the safe key . This should have been provided at the outset .
We should have been told that the air conditioning was not being used early in the season . We thought it was faulty and spent an uncomfortable first night without opening the balcony door . This was another indication of the lack of communication from staff .

We liked the location in the centre of Soller.
The parking was very difficult due to recent changes to the one way system. We didn’t enjoy the pool particularly. Sun loungers being reserved with towels before breakfast. Can’t believe that still happens. Pool wasn’t particularly clean either.
