It was a perfect place for our visit to Santiago.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and worked hard to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. The location was close to the sights, parks, restaurants, and shops that we wanted to visit.

Very enjoyable stay. If we ever visit Santiago again would definitely stay here.
Pros:

Room and hotel seemed to have undergone. Fairly recent refurb. Our room was top notch. The staff particularly Rebecca were great.

Cons:

It could be a little noisy at night with people outside in the streets but I think this would apply to any hotels in the city centre. You cannot stop a bit of raucous behaviour from people. It did not prevent us having a good night sleep.

Cons:

The beds were very comfortable, but the duvets had stains on them. I’ve stayed here a few times before, but this is the first time I’ve felt it wasn’t clean enough.

They gave a stranger a key to my room the ladt day I was there, when I got back later she was in my bed !!!! I told reception the man never even answered me on check out, I've gone there fir years but won't ever be back

En plein cœur de la ville.
Excellent petit déjeuner.
Calme et confortable.

Cons:

Chambre en sous-sol, la fenêtre donne au niveau des pieds des passants dans la rue piétonne derrière l’hôtel.
Bonne isolation mais on ne peut pas vraiment laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Fenêtres opaques, peu de lumière.
