Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. Frente a la Catedral y cerca de todo. El hotel muy lindo. Cómoda la cama y la almohadas. Hay que destacar la atemción de las empleadas de recepción, por su amabilidad y buena predisposición para atender cualquier pregunta o requerimiento.

Cons:

Realmente todo fue de nuestro agrado.

Clean and central hotel with nice staff….

Very central . Very clean

Cons:

Check was 3pm. Before 3pm we could leave the bags but the hotel was ‘closed’ . It took 40 minutes to check in as by 3pm there was a line outside the door They need a few more people to handle check in. . And no facility to purchase a coffee in the reception - full breakfast or nothing!!!

La habitación se encuentra en la planta menos 1 huele a humedad y a huevos podridos sin ventilación y la ventana que da directamente a la calle así que no se puede abrir o ventilar si no quieres que te vea toda la ciudad. De estas cosas ha que avisar. En la vida me hubiera quedado allí y menos por 191 euros sin desayuno. El personal no nos ayudó en nada y acabe poniendo una reclamación. Un desastre!!!

El frigobar no funcionó desde que llegamos ,cuando nos quejamos , nos dijeron que podíamos poner cosas en una heladera de planta baja, estuvimos dos días y no lo solucionaron .

Beautiful hotel. Room was very clean. Beds were so comfy after 5 days in the Camino route. Receptionist was Janette was so helpful. She took time to recommend a good restaurant and even booked out transfer taxi to airport for the next day

Bemanning i receptionen till sent på natten.

Cons:

Vi var ett grupp väninnor med två bokningar på Booking av totalt 3 dubbelrum (2+1) med enkelsängar i alla plus en extrasäng i ett av dessa. Rummen och sängarna motsvarade emellertid inte detta utan i ett av rummen var det en liten dubbelsäng (140cm?) för två. Verkade föreligga kommunikationsbrist mellan Bookings plattform och hotellet. Rekommenderar att man utöver att klicka på enkelsängar (om man önskar det) på plattformen även kontrollerar direkt med hotellet.

Två av rummen vi fick var källarrum. Viss lukt av
fukt/mögel där samt en gågata precis utanför fönstren. Det 3e rummet hade en bar precis nedanför/mitt emot som innebar viss ljudnivå till mycket sent.

A nice hotel but stay ruined by mouldy smell in room

Cons:

I was in room 12 - one of the basement rooms and unfortunately the room smelt badly of mould which meant it wasn't a very comfortable place to stay. Even after opening the window and the receptionist spraying the room with some sort of spray, the smell persisted and is something the hotel really needs to sort out.
