Ik had een upgrade van 1 persoonskamer naar een 2persoonsbed(je kon kiezen 2 aparte bedden of 1 2 persoonsbed)hier ook effectief voor moeten bijbetalen en had
2 1 persoonsbedden....
Jammer dat ik hier voor heb moeten bijbetalen wat dit was niet wat ik gevraagd had en had dan beter gewoon een 1 persoonsbed kamer kunnen houden.

Hôtel restaurant très confortable, propre, prestations de qualité et personnel très accueillant

Le personnel était très accueillant et professionnel.
La chambre était confortable et très propre. Très bonne literie.
La salle de bain était très grande et très propre. De nombreux articles de toilettes étaient mis à disposition.
Le restaurant propose de la cuisine locale très raffinée. Les serveurs sont aussi très accueillants et professionnels.
Le petit déjeuner propose un choix important et de très bonne qualité.
Le parking est gratuit et très grand.
La situation est commode pour se rendre à Brussel Expo en voiture.

Cons:

Les chambres donnant sur l'entrée de l'hôtel sont bruyantes car il y a un terrain de pétanque et une terrasse où des groupes se réunissent et sont très animés. Si nous l'avions su, nous aurions demandé une chambre qui donne vers l'arrière de l'établissement.
Il n'y avait pas de climatisation dans la chambre, ce qui ne nous a pas gêné puisqu'il ne faisait plus très chaud lors de notre séjour, mais je pense qu'en période de canicule, cela aurait été pénible malgré les deux grands ventilateurs fournis dans la chambre.
Nous aurions apprécié un bidet dans la salle de bain.

très bon séjour, à recommander
Pros:

Excellent accueil, très bon hôtel, proposant un déjeuner succulant, restaurant gastronomique, devant nous rendre à Bruxelles expo, cet hôtel bénéficiait d'une excellente situation géographique.

Cons:

un peu bruyant à cause de la circulation sur une rue à circulation assez dense à proximité, pas de climatisation (pas indispensable toutefois en cette saison)
