Location is very convenient and close to city center, restaurants, mall. Breakfast is ok, although it lacks diversity of fruits

Cons:

I had issues in the reservation for 2 adults and 1 kid (5 years old), where it was informed the kid stays for free. After reserving the room, it was informed there was an upcharge of 20EUR per night if I wanted an additional bed.

Regarding the room, it had ceiling windows, there is a curtain but not covering enough, so 4:30 in the morning and the room is completely lit.

There were no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, only a body/hand soap. The staff were gentle and bought us a shampoo as they didn't have any

Príjemný pobyt v Pezinku 😊

Tento hotel má skvelú polohu, personál bol veľmi milý a ochotný a izba bola pohodlná a čistá, reštaurácia je od hotela doslova na skok, my sme boli veľmi spokojný a ak by sme navštívili ešte Pezinok určite sa vrátime do tohto hotela 😊
