Khách sạn nằm ngay Phố Tây, Phố Đi Bộ nên khá thú vị, anh chị chủ và nhân viên hỗ trợ gia đình rất nhiệt tình!

Cons:

Cô Nhân viên bếp buổi sáng nom có vẻ hơi khó chịu so với gia đình mình và khá vui vẻ, thân thiện với khách Tây!

Road trip en famille (enfants de 11,8 et 5 ans)
Pros:

Un établissement spécial "routard", pas de superflu, les chambres sont propres et disposent de la climatisation. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et disponible. La piscine est atypique, les enfants ont adoré et le super plus: le restaurant tenu par la famille et collé à l'hôtel "Maison Trang" une vraie nourriture vietnamienne avec du goût et un prix plus qu'abordable

Cons:

Attention comme de nombreux hôtels au vietnam vous devrez payer en espèces sous peine de voir le prix augmenté de 3%. Quelques travaux dans les chambres donneraient un coup de jeunesse à l'établissement, les photos ne sont plus d'actualité

Pros:

Tout mais c'est surtout la réceptionniste qui est géniale, elle est l'âme de cet hôtel. Elle parle bien anglais et comprend tout ce qu'on lui dit ce qui n'est pas si courant, elle est hyper efficace et réactive sur les demandes (laundry, locations scooters, informations diverses,...). Nous avions oublié nos passeports dans l'hôtel précédent et elle a réglé ce problème sérieux en 2 minutes avec une grande efficacité pour les rapatrier. C'est une femme en or !! Les chambres sont grandes avec bcp de placards, propres (bravo à la dame qui nettoye), au calme, dans une impasse à côté du quartier animé et festif le soir. L'autre plus le restaurant : délicieux, nourriture fraîche, une équipe de femmes en cuisine - dont la réceptionniste le matin pour les petit dej - qui est au top.

Cons:

Franchement on a tout apprécié.

Obsluha byla sympaticka, snídaně a lokalita dobra.

Cons:

V místnosti bylo čisté snad jen povlečení a osušky. Jinak byla cítít vlhkost, špinavá koupelna i skříň. Pokud jde nekdo po chodbě v noci, tak je slyšet vše.

Bon séjour
Pros:

Le personnel est à l’écoute et très serviable. La piscine est plutôt un bassin. Les enfants ont voulu se baigner car ils ont dis que ça sentait le poisson . Les chambres sont correct pour le prix. On a pu faire beaucoup de chose à pied

The location is quite good; breakfast was included

Cons:

The room did have a damp/ mold smell to it and not really that clean. We were a little grossed out by everything but I guess for the price you can’t really argue with anything

Not like the pictures
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Poir reception. Room was occupied and I had to wait hours for it to become available. Pool was diety. Not a hotel but a hostel. Food in the restaurant was disappointing. Bed was hard.
