Wonderful staff and location but some infrastructure needs attention.
Pros:

The staff were all wonderful, did everything they could to help.
The location was perfect for me, a short walk from great restaurants but on a quiet street with lots of mature trees, especially London planes, containing blackbirds.
The hot water was constant and didn't keep me waiting.
The balcony was nice.

Cons:

I had booked a large double bed, when I arrived I was given two singles pushed together. That is not the same thing at all, you can't lay in the middle. The staff quickly arranged a room with a double bed but the mattress was old and uncomfortable. Like one third of people I am allergic to dust mites and had a runny nose every night from the bed.
The hotel sent an offer of a breakfast buffet for 11€ but it was nowhere to be seen.

Magnifico, merita più della concorrenza di hotel che c’è più vicino a 4 stelle (vedi Hotel Admiral Art)
Pros:

Mi è piaciuto il fatto che ad un prezzo economico e per un 3 stelle, apparte la colazione forse un po’ povera, per il resto super rapporto qualità prezzo !
Ora so dove ritornare assolutamente!

Cons:

Proprio una piccolezza: il fatto che la colazione inizi alle 7.30 e non prima e che non è disponibile il ginseng.
L’acqua della doccia era ghiacciata a mezzanotte, le altre ragazze che se la erano fatta prima non avevano riscontrato tale problematica…dopo mezz’oretta in realtà è tornata nuovamente.

Pros:

Struttura e stanze nuove e pulite. Soprattutto la palestra ben attrezzata.

Cons:

Consiglio solo una pulizia della palestra e fornire subito gli accessori per il bagno. Ma sono solo piccoli dettagli. Il soggiorno è stato più che gradevole e il personale molto cortese e disponibile.
