Très peu de personnels compétents

Les chambres sont presque impeccables et le choix proposé au petit-déjeuner est très bon et très varié. Malheureusement, le service et la qualité du personnel nous ont beaucoup déçus cette fois-ci.

Je suis déjà venue en avril de cette année et, à l’époque, tout s’était très bien passé. Je ne comprends donc pas ce qui a changé depuis. Le personnel au petit-déjeuner était peu professionnel et manquait clairement de compétence.

Nous sommes également retournés au restaurant et avons malheureusement fait le même constat : très peu de personnel compétent et une qualité des plats qui a largement diminué, alors que nous avions choisi certains des mêmes plats que quelques mois auparavant.

Nous sommes donc très, très déçus de cette expérience, d’autant plus que nous avions beaucoup apprécié notre précédent séjour.

Enfin, au moment du départ, on nous demande si nous souhaitons encore laisser 5 % pour le personnel… alors que la réceptionniste ne prend même pas la peine de nous demander comment s’est passé notre séjour. Cela nous a semblé assez déplacé au vu de la qualité du service que nous venions de recevoir.

I have never given 5*’s ….. until now. Faultless!
Pros:

Simply fabulous staff across the board, probably the best city hotel staff I’ve ever seen.
Stylish, modern, beautiful build
Tasteful, calm, warm room (with amazing bed linen - I had to resist stealing the sheets)
Great vibe in downstairs bar.
(Shout out for Bibeck my breakfast server)

A very solid option for a stay in Shoreditch
Pros:

Great design, great location, super friendly service

Cons:

Breakfast is of great quality, but they make you pay for extras/sides even though booking was with breakfast included. Need more transparency on this.

Virkelig lækkert og smukt hotel med supergod beliggenhed.
Pros:

Virkelig lækkert hotel, smukt indrettet og alt var super. Beliggenheden er suveræn ift. offentlig transport og ligger godt i Shoreditch/Hackney. Den lille plads foran hotellet danner en fin, og sjælden, grøn oase i bydelen. Gode lokale restauranter i nærheden af hotellet. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.

Cons:

Eneste lille minus var at tagterrassen ikke var tilgængelig/ikke måtte benyttes. Det kunne have været skønt, da vejret var virkelig godt (varmt) under vores besøg.

Fantastic stay with great staff
