Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück mit den weißen Oberteilen machen ein super Job und scheinen Profis im Service zu sein. Jedoch kommt es ab 10:00 Uhr im Frühstücksraum zu einer hektischen und überforderten Situation von den Runnern. Es dauert zu lange, und die Mitarbeiter suchen teilweise die Tische.
Wir waren im Zimmer 515 und die benutzen Espresso Tassen wurden wohl nur mit Wasser ausgespült.
Diese gehören ausgetauscht nach der Nutzung.
Zudem wurden wohl nasse Handtücher oder ein Putzlappen auf das Bett abgelegt. Die Stelle war nach der Zimmerreinigung noch feucht.
Die Klimaanlage hat sich nicht richtig steuern lassen.
Leider wird man am Empfang nicht von allen Mitarbeitern gegrüßt. Gerade in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie sollte der Gast wahrgenommen werden, denn exzellenter Service ist oft der entscheidende Grund, warum man ein Hotel erneut bucht.
Insgesamt hat das Hotel großes Potenzial und viele positive Aspekte, allerdings sollte insbesondere bei Service, Hygiene und Organisation deutlich mehr Wert auf Qualität und Aufmerksamkeit gelegt werden.
Room was great and location also good. But staff were the main high point. They were so excited about my running the London marathon, I was left a pack of goodies before the rest (electrolytes, protein bars, fruit), and when I got back after the race they greeted me with a round of applause and a glass of champagne. Really nice touches that added to an already unforgettable weekend.
I loved the room, the lighting and the minibar / in room dining options.
The staff could’ve been better / expected more from a 5 star hotel, maybe better facilities and more welcoming.
Ausgezeichnetes Hotel in perfekter Lage
Unser Aufenthalt im Aethos in London war rundum hervorragend. Die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich gut und bietet einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt, um verschiedene Quartiere Londons bequem zu erkunden.
Auch das Personal war sehr engagiert und äusserst freundlich. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die hervorragenden Restauranttipps in der Nähe.
Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere der Gym-Bereich und das grosse Yoga-Shala haben uns sehr überzeugt. Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Wir würden das Aethos auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Hidden costs at checkout. Charging room cleaning at checkout without upfront notice when I did the checkin is not honest. It doesn't help to build trust and customer loyalty...I'll pay more attention next time and probably choose another hotel.

Room service is exceptional, housekeeping is wonderfully clean. What I love about it was they have a supervisor that come to ask about your house keeping experience every-time after your service. There will be house keeping first and then supervisor will come after ask about it. This is very helpful and good management. I am a OCD person and I am super satisfied with the level of cleanliness of this hotel. Super clean!
Skincare products selected was wonderful, the smell, the quality of shower gel is excellent! The light natural fragrance of these products makes my stay comfortable and calm. It aligning very well with Aethos woody sustainable branding. Well done!
Breakfast selection is limited but it was good.
Only thing I did not like was when you order room service dinner. The dinner tablecloth smell really oily kitchen, so this was deappetice for me. However the food for room service was really good and fresh. They close kitchen at 10:50pm, be careful when late ordering.
Front desk was really helpful for ordering uber for you to catch your flight last minute. Thank you!

The hotel was fabulous in every way. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor and vibe were wonderful, we felt very relaxed and pampered. Food was excellent, particularly the breakfast!
