Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Just cold water for the shower, fan not working, dirty windows, stained curtain that let the early morning sun shine directly on face of the bed and poor breakfast.

Great for an overnight stay pre-flying. Read other reviews saying it was an unpleasant environment but was fine at midnight on a Friday when I arrived. Comfy bed, large for a single, clean room.

Cons:

Needs aircon and better windows would help. Slow draining sink.
