Estaba muy bien, hubiese estado bien que tuviese aire acondicionado porque hacía mucha calor.
Luton en sí y la ubicación. Para llegar al hotel tienes que llegar por una rampa o por unas escaleras. Una ciudad súper insegura sientes que te van a robar o increpar en cualquier momento. Fuimos a cenar a 1 minuto andando sin saber cómo era la ciudad y tuvimos que volver en Uber. La inseguridad se palpa en el ambiente, da mucho miedo.

There was no facility for making a cup of tea in the room and my pillow case had some kind of gum on it. I took it to reception and asked for a replacement. The SAME pillowcase was brought to the room. When I complained about this two replacement pillowcases where given to me.
Hot drinks were available from the reception area. I understand that tea making facilities are available in some rooms which cost more

Breakfast is the worse I have witnessed. I’ve complained about breakfast before and still it’s the same poor quality.
