Localização, atendimento do funcionários, acomodação como um todo.

Cons:

As cortinas são feitas de um material, que para quem tem renite alérgica, traz algum desconforto. Mas nada que nos impediu de ter uma boa estadia.

Highly recommended and would stay again
Pros:

Very central! Loved the Dyson hairdryer and amenities. Staff were kind and friendly.

Cons:

We did not have a view of outside, not a dealbreaker but would have been nice to have. Only issue was on our last day we left the “do not disturb” sign on our door and even mentioned to housekeeping that we did not want it cleaned, and when we came back from an outing, the housekeepers were in the room.

Ausgezeichnet! Tolle Lage, modernes Hotel, freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Tolle Lage im eleganten Eixample Viertel. Sehr zentral, jedoch ruhig. Das Hotel ist gut und zeitgemäss ausgestattet, hat eine Honesty Bar und einen kleinen Pool auf dem Dach. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und professionell. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte ein ausreichendes Angebot für den sechstägigen Aufenthalt. Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Staff are great to deal with, front desk always manned, well stocked room, comfortable bed. Brilliant location.

Cons:

Housekeeping didn’t respect the do not disturb sign — this is really important. I paid city tax in my booking invoice and then they take it again at the desk. I have been told this is normal - it shouldn’t be. Breakfast poor value for €14. The towels not always replaced up on the rooftop pool, which is smaller than pictures suggest.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Excellent location, beautiful spacious room and a huge comfortable bed. Loved that there was Bluetooth in the room to play our own music, and the staff were so friendly

מקום לא ממש מרכזי בריכה לא שימושית קטנה מדי היה ריח לא נעים ולא החליפו לנו חדר

החה ריח פיוב בחדר הילדים נגשנו כמה פעמים לצוות ולמנהל נסו לטפל בריח לאחר זמן רב עזבנו את החדר ביום וכשחזרנו טענו כי לא היה איש אחזקה וכך נמשך העניין

Pros:

The location is amazing, you can walk everywhere from here. The hotel has a great design and the staff is very polite. I felt very safe because you can only enter the building with a key card. In the room, they provide slippers, a hairdryer, a safe, and a glass bottle you can refill. Most importantly, they gave me the exact room I booked: two separate beds with a nightstand between them. This was a huge plus for me.

Cons:

The biggest issue was the bathroom. There was a horrible sewage smell coming from the shower, they definitely need to clean the pipes. Also, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The mattress is too soft, you just sink into it, so my neck and back hurt after my stay. Another thing is the minibar—it is completely full of paid snacks and drinks, which is unusual for a 4-star hotel. Payment was also a problem. My room was prepaid, but I had to pay the local tax on-site. My European Girocard/Maestro didn't work at all. You must have a physical Visa, Mastercard, or enough cash, because you can't pay with anything else if your phone dies

2 alkalommal is jeleztük a recepción hogy pénz tűnt el a szobából de semmi pozitív kommunikáció nem történt részükről .
Sőt !
Úgy gondolom nem az a normális hogy minden pillanatban mindent a széfben kell elhelyezni . Ebbe hotelbe akkor drága ruha , táska, és bőröndöt sem lehet vinni vagy menjen a széfbe ?
