Appreciated using your lift to and from the hospital. Your rooms are clean, very nice, quiet.
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice.
We were visiting my grandson who is in the hospital. He is a young disabled veteran.

Cons:

As a senior traveling 4 hours to visit a relative disabled due to head trauma in the Navy it would have been nice to have gotten a better price on the room. We stayed 3 nights. However, if we return be assured Aloft will be where we stay. Our room and treatment by all staff was excellent

Well I am booking there again so I can say it was great

Great location! Literally less than 4 minutes from the airport, Love field. Being that close to the airport you would think you would hear the planes taking off or landing, but I didn’t hear a thing! I would say it’s a very quiet hotel.

Cons:

The sheets were a little rough lol parking is also a little tight. The parking spots are tiny! Not a lot of parking.

Not a secure place

I rarely write reviews, but this experience was too awful to ignore.

We stayed at Aloft Hotel Dallas Love Field solely because we had an early morning appointment with a medical specialist nearby. What should have been a simple, low-stress overnight stay turned into a complete nightmare.

Despite the parking lot being well lit, our vehicle was stolen overnight. We later discovered that ours was not an isolated incident—there were at least 8 other vehicles in the lot with smashed windows. This clearly wasn’t random bad luck; it was a widespread security failure.

What made the situation even worse was the hotel’s complete lack of response. No staff member proactively walked the parking lot, checked on guests, or even acknowledged what had happened. We were left to figure things out entirely on our own during an already stressful situation.

When we reached out for help, the manager provided incorrect information about how to report the theft to the police, which actually delayed the process and created additional frustration. At no point did we feel supported, informed, or cared for by the hotel staff.

For a property that markets itself as safe and convenient—especially for travelers in vulnerable situations—this level of negligence is unacceptable. Between the security failure and the lack of basic guest support, I cannot recommend staying here under any circumstances.

If you value your safety, your property, and any sense of customer care, I strongly suggest choosing a different hotel.

THIEVES BUSTED WINDOWS
Pros:

Expect this if you stay here! Multiple vehicles broken in to via shattered windows and use of unlocking devices.Never ever again! Security here is awful! Parked in the front!

Gift card not honored
Pros:

While making the reservation online Marriott offered a $400 e-gift card for applying for their BonVoy credit card. I did so, was approved and received the gift card. Upon checking in, however, the hotel refused to honor the card stating that their property was unable to process the card. Messages and calls to the manager went unreturned.

Great location
Pros:

The location is perfect for access to the airport and the shuttle is super helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We checked in at 11pm and waited for 20 minutes for the desk clerk to get off the phone as the line grew behind us. Although we reserved a regular 2 queen room back in October and notified the hotel twice about our late check in, a regular 2 queen was not available when we checked in.
