We had a free room upgrade to king instead of queen. Decent sized lounge and kitchen, bed was comfy and spacious. Reception were helpful, and loved having the convenience store just next to the lobby. Didn't get to try the rooftop bar or any other facilities during our short stay.

Always happy to stay here. Easy access to city, trains and buses. Staff are always lovely and very helpful.
Like everything it’s becoming more expensive. Pretty sure they used to have some staple items available from mini bar— not alcohol. Some plain chips and other simple things.
Would be great if they had EV charging available.

The rooms were quite spacious and was exactly what we needed for a family of 5
At 7.15 am, they were drilling on our window (literally). My kids jumped from fear from the noise.
There are no restaurants on the facility at all.
Parking fees was very clear in the booking process
I physically attended the property and attempted to proceed with my stay, however the underground parking/access arrangement was poorly signed, confusing and stressful to navigate, particularly within the shared underground carpark and moving barricade system. Assistance from staff was minimal and unhelpful.
After entering the premises, the foyer/common areas also felt very different to the polished impression presented online. In my opinion, the marketing photos appear heavily edited, as the actual vibe of the property felt dated rather than modern or stylish.
What disappointed me most was the handling afterward. Rather than acknowledging my genuine concerns, the hotel adopted a dismissive attitude and still enforced the full booking fee despite the fact I attended the property, attempted to obtain assistance and left almost immediately without using the accommodation.
As a longstanding Booking.com user who has stayed at many local and international hotels without issue, this experience fell well below expectations.

Great value for money, good location in Parramatta, quiet, spacious. A delightful stay for the night. And great selection of coffee pods and gourmet teas! Nice touch.

Maybe just a bigger sign of One global where the parking is situated as at night time it was a little hard to see.
Also a little bench in the bathroom as there was nowhere to put my makeup down as I was applying it.
The location was great. The unit was everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful
