Super nice view and food from the lobby cafe
It was raining outside today, so I sat in the Lotte Hotel lobby lounge while drinking coffee. The views from the lobby lounge are beautiful even in the gloomy weather. The services of the lobby lounge service staff are also very good, warm and kind. It is a hotel that I will definitely come back to again.
I stopped by the Lobby Lounge for a coffee break and really enjoyed it. The lake view was beautiful and relaxing, and the coffee tasted great.Would definitely visit again with my friends!
Dinner at La Seine was really good. The food was amazing, especially the seafood and desserts, and the vibe was super nice. Big thanks to Mr. Lin Marn for the friendly service and great hospitality.
I recently enjoyed the Mango High Tea at LOTTE HOTEL YANGON, and it was a delightful experience. The presentation of the mango-themed desserts and savory items was beautiful, and every bite was fresh and flavorful. The mango desserts were especially impressive, with a perfect balance of sweetness and freshness.
The environment is really nice and the customer service is really top tier. I really enjoy dining here and would like to dine here another time definitely!

I like the facilities like the gym, the pools and the wonderful view. I also enjoy take a rest on your comfy bed. The thing I don't like is that you people do not greet us on our arrival and plus, the price is out of the galaxy. The noise level was a total fine. So do the cleanliness. I also like the location- near a great view. The atmosphere like the lights are unacepptable- the brightness sucks at night. The most thing I like is the service, the chandeliers are so beautiful and the room is so clean.
They staff are polite, friendly and joyous. I wish they could be more informal. That is all.
Been traveling to Yangon every few weeks, and I always choose to stay at Lotte Hotel Yangon because of its great location and consistently excellent service.
Special shout out to Hein Htet from La Seine (I believe he’s the F&B Captain according to his tag). He always greets every guest with a big smile, shows genuine hospitality, and assists everyone with the best attitude possible. Small gestures like this truly make guests feel welcomed and keep me coming back every time.
Ultimate Comfort 5 star ( bed , mattress , pillows , room amenities, ) , very quiet rooms , fantastic Inya lake adjacent walk , great breakfast and other facilities. Excellent service by All staff including IRIE F.O. and Chef TunTunLwin. Very lively spacious modern Lobby

Delica Hans bread and Lotte Tea are my favourite because Korean red bean bread is amazing taste and inside of red bean taste is very fresh and also all of staff are smiling and very friendly
