The banchan (side dishes) were fresh and varied, and the service was attentive without feeling intrusive. Premium pricing, but the quality of ingredients, artful presentation, and view justify it completely. Highly recommended!

Customer service, friendliness and foods were great. La Seine restaurant within Lotte Hotel is a must visit buffet when you arrive Yangon. We visited with our family with two babies and two children.

Great location, easy access to transportation. The food at Lotte Hotel is excellent, the rooms are well-equipped with modern facilities, the mattresses are very comfortable, and the soundproofing is great. The staff（especially Min Nyi San He helped us a lot 😊） are warm, attentive, and very friendly

Great food and service @La Seine
La Seine Restaurant has made our stay-cation truly memorable with its variety of cuisine styles and their attention to detail in their dealings with all customers. We even had lobster as a special treat served as a la carte when we had paid for the Thai buffet, which was in itself a different experience. Outstanding and highly recommendable!
It was a really fun stay going there with my friends, and we had such a great time. The atmosphere was nice, and everything was comfortable and enjoyable. Alex was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. He made our stay more enjoyable and provided excellent service. Thank you, Alex!

Relaxing Korean Dinner by Inya Lake
Went to Pocha at LOTTE HOTEL YANGON with a few friends on Saturday evening, and honestly, I really enjoyed the experience.
The food was good, but what I liked most was the atmosphere. Sitting by Inya Lake, enjoying the view, having some Korean food and drinks, and just chatting with friends felt really relaxing.
We tried the Assorted Seafood with Tteokbokki, Fried Chicken with Cheese, Seafood Soft Tofu Stew, and Kimchi Pancake. The seafood tteokbokki was my favorite — generous portion, plenty of seafood, and a nice sweet-spicy taste.
Overall, a great spot for a casual Korean dinner and a relaxing evening with friends. I’d definitely come back.

I had such a lovely and relaxing evening at the Pool Bar during my visit to LOTTE HOTEL YANGON. The lake view was beautiful, especially in the evening, and it was honestly a great place to escape from the usual stress and just slow down for a while.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere — peaceful, comfortable, and not too overwhelming. The food and drinks were also just right for my taste, which made the evening even more enjoyable.
It was a wonderful way to spend my weekend. Good food, refreshing drinks, a beautiful view, and a relaxing atmosphere. I left feeling completely refreshed.

Exceptional stay at Lotte Hotel Yangon! The perfect base for our gem fair trip. The rooms are beautiful and comfy with a gorgeous view of Inya Lake (loved watching the rowers and sailboats!). Phenomenal gym and pool facilities, too. Exceptional service all around, especially from Hein Htet Kyaw at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming and sweet. 10/10!

Great Place for a Chill Evening!
Tried Pocha at LOTTE HOTEL YANGON with friends last Saturday and had a really nice evening.
What I enjoyed most was the outdoor setting. Sitting by Inya Lake with a cool evening breeze, good food and friends made it feel more like a casual hangout than just a dinner.
We ordered a few dishes to share. The Seafood Tteokbokki was really satisfying — lots of seafood and a good sweet and spicy flavor. The Fried Chicken with Cheese was also a favorite, especially if you like cheesy dishes. The Soft Tofu Stew was warm, hearty and perfect for sharing.
Overall, the food was good, the portions were generous, and the lake view made the whole experience even better.
Definitely a nice place to catch up with friends and enjoy a relaxed Korean-style meal.
