朝食最高のホテル
Pros:

とにかく朝食が充実していました。朝食会場も清潔感があり、空間的にもゆとりがあって、おいしく頂けました。

Cons:

10階に宿泊したのですが、すぐ上が朝食会場ということもあり、朝早い時間から調理場で動いている音がダイレクトに聞こえてきて、若干の騒音レベルでした。ぼーっとしていると早朝から工事を行っているのか？と思うくらいの音が聞こえました。同室の人が調理場の音だと気づいたのですが、確かに水の流れる音や、まな板の音などだったと思われる音が１時間近くだったでしょうか？してました。他の階での宿泊であれば、全く問題なかったと思います。お部屋はきれいで使いやすかったです。

Nice clean and comfortable hotel in a perfect location to visit Gwangju
Pros:

I was travelling alone and booked a Deluxe Twin Room for 3 nights. The location is perfect! On a side street of the Chungjang-ro restaurants and shopping streets but very quiet. Not far either from places like Dongmyeong-dong café streets and the Asia culture Museum. With close access (about 5 to 10 minutes walk) the subway line to reach other parts of the city. The room was very spacious for one, but a couple with a child would have largely enough space. It was very quiet and I did not hear the neighbours. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. All staff were very kind and friendly and helpful with whatever questions I had. I would definitely recommend staying at the ACC Design Hotel.

Cons:

If I really had to find something I did not like... the room only had a "small" window (compared to the size of the room). So even during daytime, it was quite dark and I had to switch on all lights to be able to read at the desk. But honestly, that was not even an issue... ;-)

Disappointed and Glad to leave
Pros:

Location I guess but felt very commercial

Cons:

Miserable greeting when we arrived at 12 to leave bags knowing was a 3 pm check in.
Reception desk continued to be absent or unhelpful. Reception desk itself is too high up or staff seating too low! They seem to be hiding away from clients.

As for ‘design hotel’ nothing designer about it! In fact as i am writing this i have realised i have scored too highly

Sehr gut gelegen. Preis Leistung OK.

Cons:

Könnte wiedermal einen Anstrich ertragen. Sieht alles etwas verbraucht und schäbig aus. Leider lag ein starker unangenehmer Duft im Zimmer.

위치 - 광주시내 한복판임, 518민주화운동기록관은 코앞에서 보이고 전일빌딩은 걸어서 3분거리, 근처에 맛집도 많고 최고였음
조식 - 조식을 먹을까말까 고민했는데 조식 완전 추천합니다 여태껏 다녔던 호텔중에 최고임!
