Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable et souriant.
L hotel est propre et bien agencé.
On se sens tout de suite détendu et relaxé.
L'emplacement parfait au milieux de la ville , belle vue.

Cons:

J'avais demandé à mon précédent passage à l'hôtel , que je voulais une chambre précise pour notre anniversaire de mariage . Il m'avait dit ok, qu'il prenait note et ça n'a pas été respecté ... la chambre était attribué a quelqu'un d'autre . Je suis juste déçu 😞 de ça . Je me voyais deja dans cette belle chambre pour notre anniversaire de mariage . Un très grand regret...
Sinon parfait ... !

Un très bon séjour à Cilaos
Pros:

C’est la deuxième fois que nous allons dans cet hôtel et nous avons de nouveau tout apprécié. Le personnel est aux petits soins, les chambres sont confortables, le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif !

Ein tolles Haus im Kolonialstil

Ein wirklich hübsches Hotel mit kolonialem Flair und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, mit einem Balkon auf dem wir das Treiben auf der Straße beobachten konnten.

Cons:

Das Frühstück blieb leider hinter den Erwartungen zurück. Es war sehr übersichtlich. Rührei, Speck usw. waren gerade mal lauwarm. Leider wurde auch kaum mal was aufgefüllt.

L'emplacement,la chambre,la vue,le petit déjeuner très copieux crêpes oeufs brouillés. La bouilloire et cafetière dans la chambre.la cheminée dans l'accueil qui est en fonctionnement matin et soir.le monsieur qui nous a gentiment donné le nom de tous les sommets et qui nous a aidé a manœuvrer dans le parking privé de l'hôtel.

Cons:

La carte du restaurant qui ne propose que raclette ou fondue.la quantité très minime de fondue pour un prix très élevé,nous avions beaucoup de pain et pomme de terre mais plus de fromage a fondue dans le poêlon.les pommes de terre refroidisse très vite.et ni ous n'avons pas eu de salade servie avec comme indiqué sur la carte.
Le restaurant ne propose aucun plat créole ou autre.
Les prix sont élevés
