Disappointing Stay — Not Suitable for Working Professionals or Couples

Cleanliness is a serious concern. The entire property was dirty, from the common areas right through to the kitchen. The kitchen had visible dirt marks and the utensils were unclean and unhygienic. The corridors had a strong smell of dagga and tobacco, which was unpleasant and lingered throughout the stay.

The noise levels were completely unacceptable. There were other guests, seemingly young women, who were laughing loudly, playing music, and making noise throughout the entire night. The whole experience felt more like staying in an uncontrolled student accommodation than a professional hospitality property.

Privacy is also a major issue. The rooms are separated by a door that, while locked, does absolutely nothing to block sound. You can hear every conversation and movement from the adjacent room clearly. This is not acceptable for couples or anyone seeking a peaceful and private stay.

To give credit where it is due, the rooms themselves are aesthetically beautiful and well decorated. However, the poor cleanliness, noise, and lack of privacy completely undermined what could have been a lovely stay.
