- Easy access with Taxi/Bus etc.
- Fast Elevators (around 6 or more available), with one dedicated for people with strollers/wheelchairs.
- Electric cart to go to masjid Quba is right outside the hotel.
- Great breakfast buffet.
- Smells good right when you step inside the hotel.
Initial Communication: Ground-level staff initially spoke only Urdu/Hindi without giving clear English directions to the 1st-floor reception desk. They eventually did, but it was weird that a few was trying to converse with me in Urdu/Hindi.
Misleading Room Listing: Quad room (0126) looked nothing like the Booking.com photos (far less space between beds).
Severe Sound Insulation Issue: Windows were screwed shut without handles, but bad rubber seals allowed loud street noise along with adjacent construction noise(both high and low pitch noise) to flood the room. It is as if a Window is open, but there was no open windows. Reception dismissed it as "normal." (Check in day Oct 26). Other areas in the hotel were quiet with proper window insulation, so we know the reception guy was just trying to dismiss our concern.
Unfulfilled Promises: Front desk promised a room change the next day after seeing the photo discrepancy, but never followed through. (Oct 27).
Broken & Heavily Restricted Amenities: Took days to get the TV/phone fixed. Once working (Oct 28), we realised the TV system is locked down to ~36 channels with only one that we could find in English (BBC World). No smart app access (like YouTube), and some of the QR codes on display (background image) led to Arabic-only portals. There should be more English content available along with clear indications.

Breakfast was very expensive. you can have alot for 70 riyals outside. Location is very good.
