No atmosphere
location was very good, limited parking behind the hotel but this is usual. Nice lounge area although we did not use it as we were only there 2 nights.
The sprung mattress was lumpy, they need to be changed asap.

Location with its proximity to harbour, town and amenities is good.
Nothing really but some of the facilities were a bit basic.

The staff are always helpful and willing to help with whatever your requirements are and nothing is too much trouble.
The breakfast is excellent value for money. If I had one one complaint it would be the orange juice at breakfast which I would say was more like a water down orange squash.
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely sea view overlooking Exmouth seafront, we will certainly be booking the hotel in the future.
Our twin beds were a little on the narrow side and a bit creaky, however this did not spoil our stay.
Ideally situated for town and beach
No hot water. Shower was luke warm. Bedroom was dirty. Lots of dust on surfaces. Very noisy. Walls very thin, can hear next door. Had some kind of birthday party event going on. Was extremely noisy and the party continued in the road until well gone midnight. Had my window open. Drunk guests next diir noisy and smoking. Smoke came into.my room
